Huge deck with dinner table, fire pit surrounded by seating,! Great backyard for grilling, eating and chilling!! Short walk to a very cozy beach, 6 min drive to shopping and restaurant center! Beautiful marina with different restaurants and activities during the day and evening! Breathtaking sunset and ocean cliffs!! The whole house in your purpose of great accommodation for a group of up to 10 people, with a lot of extra open second floor for kids play area, exercise and entertaining, and a crush on two full size of Futons !! New mattresses and furniture throughout the house to make the stay comfortable and pleasant! Full kitchen for full meal and breakfast cooking and serving is accomplished!! Central air conditioner and ceiling fans for a nice island Breeze ! 12 min driving to downtown Newport! Beach umbrella, chairs, wagon and beach toys are provided. A double stroller, a walker and a baby swing to use for your little ones.

A safety camera is set on the side of the house monitoring driveway on side entry.

This house was perfect for a girls’ trip. The house was clean, the owner was very responsive and the location was great. It was a very quick drive to Jamestown, and easy access to Newport. We enjoyed using the beach supplies at Mackeral Cove and it was nice to be able to walk to the water at the other beach as well. Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Nice quiet neighborhood, dedicated parking spots. Plenty of room for our family. Adequately furnished and clean. The checkin and checkout instructions were timely and clear. Minor negative is the baseboard heat in the kitchen area - makes an annoying buzzing sound when the heat kicks on. Overall though was a nice experience and would consider another stay if we're in the area again.

Wonderful spot!

Lovely stay, plenty of space for the five of us to spread out. Great deck and yard, spacious kitchen, quiet neighborhood, easy access to Jamestown Bridge. Would visit again.

Family Wedding stay

The home is large and has plenty of space to slept a large family. The outdoor space is also nice with plenty of room for all. The owner is very easy to communicate with.

Great placr

We came with a group of young adults for their friends funeral. Host was very accommodating when I asked about early check in. Place was beautiful and 15 min walk to beach. Be prepared to drive for any of the top teen fast food places…lol.

Great For Large Family Stays

We enjoyed our stay at this property as we gathered for a family event in Newport. The location was lovely. VRBO did not provide the instructions to get into the house nor what we needed to do for checkout. Unfortunately there was a delay in communication so we didn’t get to do all requests before we left.

Will stay again

11 Nun was a perfect stay for our family and to visit with relatives that live in the area. Once we learned where all kitchen items were we did fine. I added measuring cups and teaspoons/tablespoon to the kitchen as there were none.Listing said central air but it was window units; an exhaust fan in the bathroom would have been nice. The first part of our time was during a RI heatwave. The deck was fabulous and the beach chairs a plus.

Overall good vacation but be careful with small children and special needs

Beautiful house layout and great yard to gather in. Overall was a great vacation. However, there were a few minor things that should have been fixed prior to our stay. Or at least communicated prior. I had made it known children, including a special needs child, would be part of the guest makeup. The sliding door off of the main dining/kitchen area we discovered did not lock. There was a pole down the bottom as a safety feature, but our children could lift it right out and then open the door. Also the deck around the fire pit was a hazard as well. One strip of the deck had boards that were NEVER nailed down. Best believe my special needs little guy found that out right away and tried to climb under the deck! Overall beautiful memories made. Just be cautious if have small children etc.

We fix that part of small pieces of deck ( thanks to you) The sliding door, like I told you during the stay it does lock , but has a little bit of difficulties to open, since my kids play a lot with the door ☺️ and it will be fixed permanent Children are a priority for us, As far as safety and their entertainment, I believe you noticed that we furnished as much as we could two rooms on the second floor with a lot of reading books, toys, outdoor toys, sand toys for the beach..etc and we spend a lot of time in that house with our 3 little ones … We were happy to host your family and friends, and we will be happier to see you guys again, like you said in your review the house is beautiful and Jamestown Newport offers a lot for everybody! Thank you Leopold
