This charming beach house is in the BEST location ON THE ISLAND! Very close to beaches and the Village. Brand new pool and spa built 2023.
The front house is a 100 yr old charmer ringing back to the early 1900s architecture on the Island. 3 BR and 2 BA. Brand new bathroom and refreshed interiors. Luxurious linens and brand new beds make this place feel like a breath of fresh air. Enjoy grilling and chilling under the majestic, centuries old oak tree on the back deck. 3 Bedrooms feature large smart TV’s.
The guesthouse is 1 BR/1BA with pull out twin sofa. Updated Winter 2023.

MAIN HOUSE: Relax on the front porch swing and enjoy this 1920’s remodeled original beach home. Three bedrooms provide two king size beds, one queen size bed, and one twin bed. All with excellent, comfortable mattresses and quality linens. When you go out the back door there is a breathtaking, centuries old majestic live oak tree in the middle of the large deck which features outdoor seating for dinner. Swim and relax in the new pool and hot tub- all under magical lights around the Big Oak on Oak Street.
This home is VERY close to the village, a block or two from popular restaurants and shops. Leave the car at home!
GUEST HOUSE: Cute and quaint guest house located in the heart of the pier/village area of St.Simons restored to its vintage heritage. New A/C, appliances, and a 65” smart tv. Completely renovated bathroom 2023. The guest house has a private driveway but you won't need the car - this cottage has such an incredible location you'll be walking everywhere with ease! Our little beach cottage has an awesome grassy outdoor space enclosed with a privacy fence for your pet to run free. It also features a porch and outside dining with a grill.
This home is VERY close to the village, a block or two from popular restaurants and shops. Leave the car at home!

We offer our home as pet friendly. To be sure there is no misunderstanding, you must get management approval before bringing your pet. A nonrefundable pet fee will apply at $250.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a privacy fence surrounding the back yard.
Rules:
1. Completely house-trained pets only
2. Careful to clean dirt and sand off pets before entering the house
3. Pets not allowed on furniture
4. If your pet is left at the house unattended, the pet must be crated
Pool Heating Fee: There is no fee to heat the hot tub, however if you'd like the pool to be heated upon your arrival we require a 24-hour notice and a $250 heating fee (it takes about 24 hours to heat).
