A 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse in the popular Mariners Landing Subdivision

A coastal themed townhouse with a screened in patio and pool. This home offers new construction and a beautifully decorated space with all the amenities you need to relax. Located on the southern end of Saint Simons Island in Mariners Landing which is 2.5 miles from the beach and Pier Village. The complex is also a .2 mile walk away from the gorgeous Gascoigne Park & Epworth By the Sea where there are walking trails, a fishing pier, picnic tables and disc golf. We love to walk over to the Pier or into Epworth and catch beautiful sunsets over the Intracoastal Waterway. Three beach chairs provided. Fast reliable ATT Fibre 500Mbps. Epworth Park is a 3 minute ride that features, eight re-surfaced tennis courts, Bocce Ball courts and pickleball courts all free of charge. Numerous golf courses on & off island within 10-25 minutes. Inquire via direct message.

The entire house (except the garage where we store personal items) is available for your use. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare and cook a delicious meal. There is an ample supply of spices, non stick spray etc...A new gas grill is also available to use outside. Please inquire should you want to utilize. A laundry room is included with detergent. Enjoy the beautiful pool overlooking a tranquil pond in the complex with key access located by the front door. This townhome comfortably sleeps 6 but is equipped for up to 7 guests including children. Please see pictures. Each room include TVs with cable and a dvd player (if anyone still uses those). The front foyer features a hall tree to organize beach towels, sandy shoes and other accessories. While enjoying your stay a starter supply of toiletries will be provided for your convenience.

Great location and close to everything. The townhouse was perfect for our family of 5. We rented bikes and enjoyed riding them through the nearby park and Epworth by the sea.

I would highly recommend this property to any family looking to stay in the St. Simons area. The house was very clean and organized. They thought every detail through for a family including board games, dvds, beach equipment and incidentals! There were great instructions for electronics in the house along with smooth prompt communication with the owner/property manager. We would stay here again in a heartbeat if we’re ever back in the area!

Excellent property with a fantastic host. The property interior was outstanding with whimsical island decor; very clean, very good temperature, with all appliances in working order. The location is fantastic, super close to the villages, all three main beaches, and probably the closets location on st. Simon to get to Jekyll island. The host has lightning fast communication and very accommodating. My boys said their favorite part was the neighborhood and riding their bikes around. As for the room they liked their beds and looking out the window. My in-laws said their bed was very comfortable and appreciated the cool temperature the rental was at right when walking through the door. I appreciate that the kitchen had tools, not bare minimum utensils, but actual cooking equipment. I also was grateful for the baby gate and the few baby items in the closet; the unit is two floors so the baby gates are excellent additions. I would 11/10 recommend this unit for a multigenerational family. Given the private lanai, comfortable beds, and actual blender in kitchen I would recommend this for a friends get away as well :)

Fantastic Condo!

We loved our stay here. The property was gorgeous and the pool was a close walk. The kitchen was well stocked and the owner was great communicating with the couple of things that came up. We would definitely recommend!

Beautiful house, great host. Host actually messaged us on arrival day allowing us the choice to check in 3 hours early. That was awesome. Would definitely stay there again. Great location, everything we did was very close. No complaints at all. Beautiful kitchen.

Had a great time vacationing here with my mom, little sister and my 8-year-old son. The condo is very spacious, even more so than I realized from the listing, and we had plenty of room to get ready without getting in each other's way. The pool is really nice and we enjoyed it every day. My son especially enjoyed the pool toys that were included. Another perk was that the host okay'd us checking in early on our first day, so we got an extra hour to settle in. Although I haven't stayed on this side of the island before, it wasn't too inconvenient as everything (including the beach) is within a 10 minute's drive. There were just a couple things with cleanliness that I noticed in the condo that could have been better but nothing too crazy (example: mold on the upstairs hallway shower liner). The dishwasher was out of order, although we ran it a few times to be sure, but just washed dishes by hand once we realized. This explained why we found dishes with residue in the cabinets. I let the host know about the dishwasher when we were getting ready to checkout and he said we should have let him know sooner, so if we had he might have had it looked at while we were there. He also contacted us to request that we take the large garbage bin to the road as we were there during trash day. Overall great stay!

Thanks for your feedback. I'll pass along your cleanliness feedback to our cleaners. Yes, its always best to immediately alert the owner of ANY issues so they can be addressed as soon as possible. Thanks for rolling out the trash bin. Our cleaner usually does but wasnt available. If its not rolled out of garage gnats and bugs will start showing up which is bad for everyone. Glad you enjoyed your stay on SSI.

We are so fortunate to now own this beautiful townhome. The prior owners have had this listed for two years with almost all 5 star reviews. We intend to live up to that standard. It's now been 3+ years and reading all the nice comments here & in our guests book makes sharing our place worth it!

We are happy to share our beautiful home which we also use from time to time. As fellow VRBO users ourselves, we strive to make your stay as enjoyable as possible by providing the "little things." You will be interacting directly with Andrew & Stephanie. The property is absolutely perfect for families! Our complex has a pool and is 3 miles away from the beach. Mariners Point is very close to many great restaurants including Halyards and Dorothy's Cocktail & Oyster Bar. It is also walking distance to very popular places in St. Simons including, Gascoigne Park and Epworth retreat center, both right down the street. The park has a fishing pier where many have caught sting rays, sharks, fish etc. The park also has picnic tables, walking trails and disc golf. We love to walk over to the Pier or Epworth and catch beautiful sunsets over the Intracoastal Waterway.

Check in is 3pm and Check out is 10am. There is a $50 fee for anyone with a late check out unless it is communicated with the host. We provide the following during your stay:
2 rolls of bath tissue per bathroom
1 box of facial tissue per bathroom
1 roll of kitchen paper towels
1 trial size bottle of dish detergent
2 Finish dishwasher tablets
1 packet of laundry detergent
1 bath soap for every bath faucet

*Service Fee. This is VRBO's additional fee (approximately 12%) required of you when you book and pay on this site.
*Sales tax of 12 % for short term vacation stays must be paid to the state of Georgia and local Glynn County.
