This was the 2nd year that we've rented the house for ourselves and our staff during Ellicottville Fall Fest. The house is very clean, spacious & very quiet. We love it!

This is our favorite place to stay while skiing at Holiday Valley. We’ve been coming here for over 10 years and will absolutely be returning again next year. Great house, great host! 10 out of 10 on every level.

Another great family ski trip

This is our favorite place to stay while taking our annual family ski trip to HV. We have stayed here for several years and will absolutely be booking again next year.

Charming older home that was beautifully decorated with comfortable beds. We were expecting to be snowboarding & shoeing but the weather turned warm & the outdoors muddy. In spite of being kept mostly indoors, there was plenty of room for 4 adults & 3 rambunctious kids. We had a great time & recommend this place & our host to others.

Grace Depot was perfect for our family reunion! With a nice fully equipped kitchen and large separate dining room we had everything we needed to host meals and group gatherings. The rooms were clean and spacious and the location was in the center of everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend!

We were looking for lodging for our staff and ourselves during Ellicottville Fall Fest.The property was conveniently located to the village of Ellicottville. There was plenty of room for us to unwind at the end of our busy workday. The property was very clean & comfortable. We're looking forward to staying here again.

After a run on the slopes, you can relax in front of the TV in a reclining chair or cozy up next to the fireplace on the couch. Connect with friends and family when the weather is warmer around the campfire in the spacious yard or while sipping your morning coffee on the front porch as the sun rises over the hill.

Ski trip

Myself and three other couples stayed for a ski trip and had an amazing time. The house had plenty of room and everything we need. Its a quick drive to the mountain! Will definitely stay agian!

Perfect family ski weekend

This place is fantastic and the owner was very accommodating! Our family of 6 spent the weekend here skiing Holiday Valley. Woke up Saturday morning to 6 inches of fresh snow and there were 4 guys outside shoveling snow for us. This place is simply perfect and we will absolutely be returning next year!

Perfect fall getaway

Plenty of land if you like yard games, beautiful view, plenty of spots to sleep especially if you bring air mattresses (house provided one too. Ubers were tough to find but I wouldn’t mind never leaving the house! All of my friends agreed this was a great place to stay.

Beautiful Home, Wonderful Hospitality, Great Vacation

Our families enjoyed everything about our vacation and Doug, the owner, could not have been more accommodating. The house had everything that you need - down to some condiments if you had forgotten something! All of the rooms were spacious. The beds and linens were all very comfortable. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked.

50th birthday celebration

Seven of us stayed & each couple had their own bed/bath. Location was perfect! Less than 10 mins to holiday valley & downtown Ellicottville. House was stocked with every single thing we could think to need. Very charming & cozy. Owner communication was great! Would definitely stay again.

Ski Trip

We loved the house! It was so cozy and made you feel like you were home. The bedrooms were spacious as well as the rest of the rooms in the house. Loved the woodwork, pocket doors, wood floors. Old world charm!! I would definitely go back.

Quiet and close to everything

Excellent. Spacious place. Kitchen had everything you needed to make meals. Lots of towels. Host was easy to communicate with. Clean. Would stay again. 5 min from holiday valley. 10 min from downtown EVL.

Family stay for skiing

The house was perfect for our family stay. 4 adults, 4 teens and our dog. The house filled all of our needs and then some. Good kitchen and dining table that seats 12. 4 bathrooms a huge plus getting ready anytime of day. Everything about the house was inviting and comfortable. Short drive to Ellicottville and ski slopes. Huge plus for us, pet friendly. I wish more VRBO properties would consider pets.

The Grace Depot House is ideal for family getaways any time of the year. Beside the inviting accomodations within the house, there are 1.5 acres of lawn for outdoor games and activites. The fire pit is great for a marshmallow roast under the stars on a clear summer night. The playground across the street will keep the children occupied for hours. The location is private, quiet and a great place to bring the family pet. We are so glad you discovered our home and look forward to having you back again soon.

Grace Depot Review

Great location; roomy, comfortable victorian home; all teflon cooking pans severely scratched; behind toilets, in corners of rooms and under furniture, e.g. TV stand, lots of dust and dust bunnies, Two of the four showers did not appear to have glass cleaned since last user; no shampoo or soap provided for showers.
