CASA VITORIA -This property offers enough space for families up to 8 persons.

The entrance is at street level, so entering the house without stairs. The living space is divided into two levels. The upper living area includes a very large and light-filled living room with adjoining kitchen and dining area. From the kitchen and from the living room you enter the south-facing terrace overlooking the greenery and the olive groves.
The lower levels offer a total of 5 bedrooms (one ensuite) and 2 bathrooms.
Again, there is the possibility of direct access to the garden of the house.

The beach and center of Roses are only 3.5 km away.
The nearest restaurant are just a few meters away.

Nach 23 Stunden Fahrt angekommen fanden wir ein soo schönes Zuhause vor. Es war alles bereit wie wir erhofft hatten. Für 13 Tage war es nun unser Heim und wir haben uns von Tag zu Tag immer wohler gefühlt. Nachträgliche Wünsche wurden UMGEHEND erfüllt. Ich würde das Haus weiterempfehlen. Das jetzt ist Ironie: tu ich aber nicht, denn dann ist es immer schon vermietet wenn wir noch mal hin wollen. Übrigen stimmte die Beschreibung in jedem Punkt!

Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt und wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung ist super, es gibt alles was man benötigt und es ist auch genügend Platz vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Séjour sur la Costa brava

15 jours dans une superbe villa très bien équipée avec vue sur les champs d'oliviers. Daphné nous a trés bien accueillis, la location était disponible avant l'heure annoncée initialement, elle nous a permis d'accéder à la maison dès le matin. Après notre trajet c'était trés agréable.

Très agréable séjour. La maison est très bien équipée. Seul point: il y a un peu trop d’affaires dans la cuisine, qu’il faut aménager pour laisser la place aux courses de nourriture. Merci à Daphné pour sa disponibilité lors de notre arrivée et notre départ.

Great property and location for exploring the area

Villa was well situated. Slight confusion re inclusive items on the website listing. ie no towels or bed linen on arrival despite being listed as included. This as however rectified very quickly once reported. Pool was fantastic and overall had a fantastic stay. Restaurant and shop within a stones throw was a massive benefit.
