Enjoy a quiet stay with a beautifully manicured courtyard where you can sip coffee, take a dip in the pool, have a cookout or just simply take in the view. This condo is fully equipped for your comfort with a separate bedroom and a sleeper sofa. The property is gated and secure. FREE PARKING. Dogs welcome!

Great location!! The gated apartment complex, parking, and outdoor courtyard were wonderful. The host was also very quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the great location, which made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The space was cozy and worked well for our needs. Check-in took a little extra figuring out at first, and clearer communication would have made arrival smoother. As hosts ourselves, this was a good reminder that guests often ask questions because important details can be hard to find in the app, and a direct message with check-in instructions can make a big difference. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated our time here

The condo was clean and exactly as described. The Pearl Flat facility is close to downtown, has secured entrances and is well maintained. The check in and checkout process was easy. Communication with host was prompt and pleasant. Would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Durham.

This was a cute get-away. If you want a quiet place to do work this is the spot. The standout is the courtyard. So much to do: read, walk, play chess or checkers or shuffleboard, relax, BBQ, meditate. The pool was closed for the winter for my stay, but it looks nice. The inhabitants here are friendly and take care of the plants/flowers/leaves in the courtyard. The interior of the VRBO is fine for 1-2 people. Be sure to take your own favorite Keurig coffee pods or coffee grounds (the only pods available are the environmental kind), and also your own aluminum foil/plastic wrap to this location. Also, while you can call the owner via the front gate callbox, I could not find where there was the phone number in the instructions to text so I relied on VRBO messaging which was fine during my quick stay. The apartment complex was an easy five-minute walk to my drum practice, and was about a 5-10 minute walk to some really great restaurants and bars. 15-20 minute walk to the train station. I used Lime to scooter back to the VRBO twice from the very cute downtown scene. This stay is not overly extravagent but instead a basic, clean, fun, and (I found it to be) especially quiet place. I would stay again, especially to check out the pool next time!
