Located a half block from the beach and a half block to the mall on the first floor of this building. Bright and airy, high ceilings, stainless appliances, front porch for morning coffee or evening people watching.
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with owner approval. No onsite parking. Landlord provides two parking permits for the Bank Street parking lot. Washer and Dryer are shared and located off the driveway in the basement.
