Completely renovated three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo with deck overlooking the condominium shared pool. Park your car in one of the two parking spaces and walk to the beach, harbor Washington Street mall and many fabulous Cape May restaurants. Beach box provided in season on the Jefferson Street beach to store your beach gear during your stay. Four seasonal beach tags also provided.

PRIME SEASON - June through August (weekly rentals only - Saturday to Saturday.)

LINENS ARE TO BE PROVIDED BY THE TENANT OR CAN BE RENTED THROUGH A LOCAL COMPANY, THE LINEN LADIES.

This is our second time s t aying in condo B7. It is very clean and big enough for our family. Everything that you need they supply. The Host was great in helping us with the TV ,with little ones it was a life saver. Thank you for letting us share your place it was home away from home

The place was exceptionally clean and well furnished with everything we needed. It may be held to add to the description that there is a flight of steps when you enter the unit. I am not sure if it is in the documentation.

Everything was in walking distance of us, which gave us some time for exercise. Everything about the apartment was stated on the VRBO site. Everything was spelled out for us, At one point the Wi-Fi did not work, so I texted VRBO and in a matter of minutes, the hosts got back to me on how to remedy the problem. Would definitely come back again.

Close to town, close to the beach, extremely clean and well equipped. Baby proof, toys for every age. Too many instructions to follow. I wished towels and sheets were provided. Excellent experience overall.

Perfect for small group

Great week in Cape May!

This unit was perfect, close to everything, beach tags provided, and the locker on the beach was an added bonus! We had a great trip. My only issue is that linens/towels are not provided, which seems to be Cape May specific, but an inconvenience for us as we were flying and could not bring our own.

Cape May get away

The condo was more than what we expected based on the listing. Comfortable lay out, very clean and stocked with what we needed. Enjoyed relaxing on the balcony overlooking the pool. Very kid friendly and the beds where very comfortable.

You need to stay here

This is one of the best places I've stayed. It was very well appointed and spotless. Tom and Carol got back to us immediately if we had any questions. The stairs were a little problematic with one of our group but I'd stay there any time.

Great place

We had a great stay and wonderful trip. Place is well kept and beautifully decorated. There are a lot of steps so we struggled with our father in law but all in all a great time.

Perfect for a quiet getaway

We visited Cape May in what is essentially off-season(mid-September). Columbia Gardens was not crowded. In fact, we were only one unit of about three or four that were occupied. Our only complaint is the steep and numerous stairs that were required for walking to the first level and to the second bedroom level. Otherwise, the unit is comfortable and adequate for a stay in this lovely city.

We like to bike and dine out and found we can enjoy all of these things, as well as the beach and fishing at Cape May. We love the quaint town and the friendly atmosphere. We spent our family vacation in Cape May for two years and immediately fell in love with the area. This beach town is very family oriented with plenty to do for all ages. The rural neighborhood allows for peaceful rest and relaxation if that is what you choose. In 2015, we purchased a home located at 1051 Illinois Avenue and loved sharing it with our kids and their family. As our family grew, we searched for another property close by so we all have more room to enjoy all Cape May has to offer. We all love being within walking distance to the beach, harbor and town without having to deal with parking issues, road noise and crowds.

Our three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo is perfect for family time at the beach. Our condo has a deck overlooking the shared condo pool. Park your car, and walk to the beach, town, the Promenade, many fabulous restaurants and all that Cape May has to offer. There is plenty of room for everyone, but is still affordable for your Cape May visit.
