Condo is located on corner of the building with spectacular sunrise & sunset views, this fantastically located condo brings the wide beach views directly to you! Just a short ride on elevator, or take stairs, to beach, or enjoy the outdoor shared pool. Inside, you’ll be able to cool off in this spacious comfortable environment overlooking ocean or relaxing on the private fully furnished balcony. A family-friendly design means that each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Feel free to close the hall door to make bedroom designed for a complete suite. Master suite has king size bed with private vanity and full bath. You’ll enjoy waking up to sunrise and ocean views from your own private sliders to balcony. Guest room has two twin beds. Blow up mattress if need. Sofa in living room has no sleeper. Everyone can come together to help cook in this fully equipment kitchen. Enjoy your meals in the dinning area, or on the balcony. There’s nothing stopping you from taking a picnic basket and enjoying the beach!
Condo is set up with beach chairs , umbrellas and games! 2 miles north of Daytona Beach!

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
TURN OFF AC. Leave extra set of keys on kitchen counter. Return keys to lockbox in parking garage. Fee $350 each for no returned, or lost keys.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Exactly the beautiful condo and property right on the ocean that I was looking for!

I live on the West Coast. My adult children and grandchildren and 6-year-old great great granddaughter who live in the area were able to visit me many times during my 12 day stay. We all appreciated the well-stocked and beautifully furnished, safe and secure condo, the pool area and the few steps to the ocean. Views from the condo and sitting on the furnished balcony were a highlight. One covered parking spot is included. I hope to return.

Ormond By the Sea

Before arriving , I didn’t know anything about the Ormond Beach area. I was pleasantly surprised with all that was around us ! Particularly the spectacular state parks and springs in the area. Unbelievable beauty, to me like a tropical paradise ! We visited at least five of these treasures. Manatees , tropical plants , a cane sugar ruin and the gardens at oak wood state park. I could go on and on. Traffic was minimal, even with the Daytona 500 going on at the time of our stay. A1A is a beautiful route ! The condo is amazing. After a day out, you walk into the condo and feel like you are on a spectacular house boat. Views of the ocean from every window. We watched the sunrise and we could even see the sunset. The kitchen is fully stocked and linens and towels were abundant. It was really nice to also have 3 beach chairs as well as beach umbrellas and a few games and buckets for kids. The staff at the condo were always pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend this unit and owner as well as this area in Florida.
