Great casual living area with wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV, dining room seats 6 and has a breakfast bar for additional seating.
fully stocked kitchen with all appliances - large and small.
Washer and dryer on site. One car garage with additional off street parking.
Large fenced back yard. Use of community pool with notarized release Pet friendly (please ask to confirm that your pet meets my specifications)
Primary with insuite full bath. Queen bed.
Two additional bedrooms one with queen and one with twins. Full bath in hall.
Side yard with covered grilling area, seating, gas grill and small firepit

Nice place if just needing basics

House was nice and clean. No check in or out instructions were left for us. Minimal cookware. No toaster. If you want to swim, have to go through hoops to be able to do so. If you need to cancel, make sure she does it the right way they VRBO and not the shortcut where you don't get the right amount back.

Hollie Thank you fir the review Just a reminder that You were emailed the check in and out instructions. That is why I don’t leave them in the unit.. I do appreciate your thought on the toaster and I will supply for future guests And yes. There are specific procedures for guests who want to use the pool New HOA rules now require a notarized release due to potential liability issues. Thanks again Carole
