Located in the heart of Warner Robins, Georgia, this new to the market home is a spacious 3-4 bedroom house (3 bedroom and one office space) has everything you need in this 1400 sqft space for a comfortable stay. Just a 10 min drive to RAFB, Rigby’s Water Park and I-75. Call to specify your needs. Non-aggressive dog breeds are welcome, a non refundable $250 pet fee will be charged. Completely fenced in backyard.

Very comfy and spacious. Felt very homey, as it was decorated for Christmas. Ample amounts of trash bags, dish and laundry pods, toilet paper, and towels were provided.

Great property and landlord!

This was my third booking at this property…still just as satisfied as ever. Landlord is fantastic, great yard, perfect house for our needs. I would return anytime!

A very please stay in tastefully furnished home. The location was very clean and amenities were more than adequate. Good safe neighborhood. My only recommendation is to add more kid friendly dining plates and cup. Loved the games and peaceful backyard. 99.9/100

Thank you for your great review! I will add the non breakable dishes. You had listed only 3 adults in your party, I was not aware that there would be any children at the house. My review for you was not as positive since the dishes were not loaded into the dishwasher and the washer started with the pods left on the kitchen for that purpose. Also the used towels were left on the bathroom floor instead of being placed by the washing machine. Most Airbnb’s ask for those things to be done since turning over a house takes 7-8 hours to clean. I am glad that you had a wonderful stay!

Dog Show Perfection

We had a great time at this very updated home! We attended a dog show at the Perry fairgrounds and the location was perfect. The backyard was great and Yesmin took very good care of us! I highly recommend. Thank you!

Good Stay

The location of the rental was quiet and nice. The rental was as pictured. It was comfortable. There were 3 bedrooms and a den that has a couch and can be used for another bedroom. The only issue was there were roaches/ waterbugs, no iron, no soap, and only 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. There was also, other people's hair on the wall in the bathroom.

Very nicely renovated house and awesome backyard!

Myself and my fur babies needed temporary housing due to a divorce and this place was perfect. The yard was thoroughly enjoyed by the dogs and I found the neighborhood to be generally quiet despite it’s location close to a major street. But the location also meant that it was super convenient for me to get around…only a few minutes to grocery, pharmacy, mechanic, etc. Yesmin was a wonderful landlord and always responded quickly when I had a question or when I needed to report anything. I am booking the place again later this summer and myself and my fur family were very comfortable there.

Tania is a wonderful tenant, she's very conscientious with her fur babies by protecting the sofas with sheets to keep from accumulating dog hair. She is clean, well organized and loves to bake and share her goodies with the neighbors, which they absolutely adore her! Tonya is a wonderful tenant, and I would definitely rent to her again!

Great Long Term Stay

We needed a place to stay with our pup for about a month as we waited to close on our own home. 100 Trippi met all of our needs, was a clean and comfortable stay, and the owner (Yesmin) was prompt to reply and extremely communicative throughout our stay! The only “down side” to the property was that it is super close to Russel Parkway, which could be a pro or con for the guest depending on the purpose of your stay as well as your comfort level being close to a main business road. We would absolutely recommend this location to other families looking for a short term rental property that will “feel like home” especially those with a pet!

Amazing Host

The house is cozy and inviting. Comfy beds and nice yard. I had left house and got to the dog show and realized i couldnt find my wallet. After looking everywhere in the car i realized it must have fallen out at the house. I called Yesmin on Easter Sunday and told her what happened. She told me she would go check the house. Somehow it fell out of my pocketbook and in between couch and ottoman. Yesmin found it and calked me. Then she proceded to meet us on our way home to drop it off to me. What a great lady! Thanks again.
