With seven bedrooms, two cozy living areas, and a dedicated mudroom for winter gear, it’s an ideal place for families or groups of friends to gather and unwind. Whether you're looking to explore nearby hiking trails, discover small-town gems, or simply stay in and enjoy a fire and a home-cooked meal, this home is designed for easy, relaxed living.



The Space:

Spread across multiple levels, the home has plenty of room for everyone to settle in. The main living area features a fireplace and TV, while a second lounge offers additional space to relax or entertain. The full kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, and the dining area is perfect for long meals and good conversation. Outside, you’ll find a private deck with a grill and plenty of space to enjoy the crisp mountain air. There’s also a mudroom for storing gear and a private driveway with ample parking.

Conveniently located along a scenic stretch of Southern Vermont, the home is just a short drive from local restaurants, charming towns, and outdoor activities year-round, from skiing and snowshoeing to swimming holes and summer trails.

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.



Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.



Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.



Air conditioning: There's a total of 10 AC units at the house. Each bedroom has one unit (seven in total), and there are three units in the common areas. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).



Pets: We’re happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee + tax for the first dog and $50 + tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than one, please reach out to us before completing your booking so we can get everything set up for you. For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren’t permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.



Hot Tub: Please note that the hot tub is currently unavailable for use. Thank you for your understanding.



Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.
