Newly remodeled Corner beachfront unit and it has been freshly painted, new bedding, dishes, couches and much more. Its a wonderful beach front corner unit ready to host your best vacation. At the Summit you have lots to do including work out room, Restaurant, Hot tubs, Heated Pool, Childrens Pool, Playground and so much more all while you enjoy a corner beachfront unit with wrap around balcony. The Summit Resort is within close walking distance to shopping and restaurants. My number is 256-307-4582 and my name is Tami. During off season some amenities are closed.

Loved this condo! right in the beach and a beautiful viewThe a.c was broke when we first arrived but when i reached out, the host was immediately on it and it was fixed less than 24 hours which shows she cares for her guests! lovely stay and had a great time!

Absolutely loved our stay at The Summit in Panama City Beach! The condo was wonderful, clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Everything made for such a relaxing and enjoyable stay.A special shoutout to Tami for the amazing communication! She was friendly, responsive, and so helpful throughout our stay. Having someone who communicates so well makes such a difference. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Have 77 pictures of your grossness. Worst guest we have ever had by far! All I asked her to do was pay the extra cleaning fee from the disaster they left. I didnt ask for reimbursement for the broken chair or stained up comforters. Please never ever stay with us again!

Beautiful unit with amazing views from the corner balcony. Short drive to Pier Park, and tons of good restaurants within walking distance. 5mins away from Super Walmart for grocery shopping. Right across the street from the Slingshot & Vomatron (and a go-kart track). Definitely would stay here again!

What a great stay!

The room had everything you needed. The beds where super comfortable with great views. When we arrived there where a few issues with the room so i contacted the owner and she sent a handy man right over and he took care of everything that i showed him. I would recommend this room.to anyone

Hello our family loves to stay at The Summit so we just purchased this property and know after were done with all the updates we are planning to make as we can imbetween guest and in the off season will be beautiful. We also have unit 1326 at the Summit which is great if you have two families going together.

There is so much to do at this property no need to leave.

Corner Unit and the Summit has it all there is a restaurant and bar on the property, among all of the other things to do here there is no need for you to have to leave for anything just arrive kick back and have a wonderful vacation.
