Newly remodeled Corner beachfront unit and it has been freshly painted, new bedding, dishes, couches and much more. Its a wonderful beach front corner unit ready to host your best vacation. At the Summit you have lots to do including work out room, Restaurant, Hot tubs, Heated Pool, Childrens Pool, Playground and so much more all while you enjoy a corner beachfront unit with wrap around balcony. The Summit Resort is within close walking distance to shopping and restaurants. My number is 256-307-4582 and my name is Tami. During off season some amenities are closed.

Beautiful unit with amazing views from the corner balcony. Short drive to Pier Park, and tons of good restaurants within walking distance. 5mins away from Super Walmart for grocery shopping. Right across the street from the Slingshot & Vomatron (and a go-kart track). Definitely would stay here again!

Wonderful location and excellent views. Overall I would give our stay 4 stars, I took 1 star off because of the furniture, it’s very old, unclean and the couch was very uncomfortable with old cushions and pillows.

Great place with a great view

The place was nice but definitely want be back during spring break. Other than the immature people that comes for the break it was nice and I wouldn’t mind coming back outside of spring break

We had a fantastic time in PCB and loved our unit. It had plenty of room and Tami responded to questions quickly. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great Beach Property

Great place to stay. Two pools, on the beach, and amenities like store, food and bar. Stay was great. The Murphy bed in the living room is much easier than a traditional sofa bed. This living had both. Plenty of space. Everything you need. I only needed to contact the property manager once for a trivial question and she was very quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Great view. Plenty of space for the 7 of us to sleep. There was a broken drawer in one of the bathrooms but that didn’t hinder anything. The condo was cute and comfortable. I was just really disappointed in the cleanliness. There was beer bottle lids and random items under our beds along with tons of dust clusters and dirt/trash. The kitchen cabinets had large clumps of dust all over them to the point if you opened them too quickly it all fell onto the stove and counters. I had to contact the owner with a question and she responded promptly and seemed to be very friendly! Aside from cleanliness I was happy with our stay.

What a great stay!

The room had everything you needed. The beds where super comfortable with great views. When we arrived there where a few issues with the room so i contacted the owner and she sent a handy man right over and he took care of everything that i showed him. I would recommend this room.to anyone

Perfect location

The condo was perfect. Right on the beach and with a beautiful view. There was five of us and there was more than plenty of space. We will definitely keep this place in mind next time we’re in Panama City.

Booked this condo because I always stay at the Summit when I come to Panama. However, the description compared to what I got was completely misleading. I was unable to use the balcony. I never would’ve booked the unit had I known this. The owner knew they were doing construction on the property but did not update the listing to reflect this. All of the covers in the unit were dirty. I immediately contacted the owner she told me she would get her cleaning lady to come that night and provide new cover. This never happened. I had to go to Wal Mart to get supplies and wash all of the cover in the condo. There were eight of us staying there so I washed covers for a couple hours.The cleaning lady eventually called and said she couldn’t make it on the first night. The owner said she would be there the next day at 12. Around 12 she texted and said it would be around 2 when she could make it. She finally made it around 2 and brought an iron because I asked the owner did the unit have an iron. She said no. She did not provide new cover when she came. The mattress on the sofa bed had blood on it and some other stains. The Murphy bed also had a lot of stains on it. Vrbo tried to contact the owner through email and by telephone and she never responded to them. After I checked out the owner told me the stains on the cover were not there when I came. I immediately stopped communicating with her after that because she was notified upon check in that the covers were dirty.

This is completely incorrect day the client booked I called and told him about the balcony being worked on still and he opted to come anyway. Then upon arrival did nothing but complain just trying to get a free stay when I didn’t agree to give a full refund was very nasty. I gave him the cleaning fee back but it wouldnt matter what i could have done i would have never made this man happy. Even sent cleaner over there and bought a new iron and took to him. I have before pics of his arrival unit had been cleaned nicely did have one stain on comforter and had a new one already ordered just hadnt arrived. I have never had a guest at this unit that tore off the zip up mattress covers. Took pillows home during stay etc etc cant say enough about this guest except do not rent to him he is a complete scammer and wants his whole stay for free.

Hello our family loves to stay at The Summit so we just purchased this property and know after were done with all the updates we are planning to make as we can imbetween guest and in the off season will be beautiful. We also have unit 1326 at the Summit which is great if you have two families going together.
