Nice and quiet

Our plans changed so we had to leave early but it was nice and quiet. Cute apartment and very clean! Loved the back entry and back yard, made it very private.

Fantastic place!!

This small apartment is perfectly located in a gorgeous residential area of Seattle. It’s close to train and grocery. The walks are beautiful to get to commercial areas. The apartment is clean and ideal for one or two people. Parking is on the street and easy. We spent 6 nights here and would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect quick stay

This was a great spot to be close to the city action but be in a quiet neighborhood and be able to walk around the beautiful Ravenna Park. The stay is walking/biking distance to many stores, restaurants and coffee shops. The kitchenette perfectly suited our needs, the utensils provided were quality and well thought. We enjoyed the comfort of our stay and the communication with the host. It made our lodging part of vacation stress free, many thanks.

Cozy Quiet and Clean

It's a nice garden-level apartment. The managers are available and unobtrusive. The online pictures are spot-on accurate. It's a cool neighborhood. You can walk right into the Ravenna park off of 24th ave NE. I'd stay there again.

Pleasant Stay in Ravenna

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay here during UW move in week. The apartment is very nicely tucked away at the end of a dead end street so it feels very safe and private. The beautiful Ravenna park is very close walking distance to enjoy some nature in the city. Perfect walking distance to U village. Eric was very kind to let us park our car (filled with dorm stuff) in the driveway for a few days before move in just to be extra safe. Comfy bed, highly recommend!

Quiet Retreat

This was a perfect apartment for my stay in Seattle. I love the Ravenna neighborhood and this apartment was such a perfect quiet place to stay. I was happy with the kitchen, which was well stocked. I was happy with the comfortable bed and the well appointed bath. I also asked for some little extras, which my host graciously provided. I would definitely return for my next visit to Seattle.

Just right

Eric kept in communication as we fine tuned our arrival. Even though we spent little time at the property, it was always a welcome close to our day. Minor suggestion; installing a safety bar in the shower. Otherwise, just right and peaceful. And a rabbit in the yard each day!

Clean, modern, quiet, easy to find.

We were visiting friends in the Ravenna area. The property is located at the end of a very quiet street, remarkably easy to find and accessible from all directions. It is spacious enough that you don't mind being stuck inside for a while if the weather turns really bad. Modern appliances and a kitchen well set up for hot snacks, making lunches etc. The neighborhood is clean and the locals seemed friendly. We had to come back to the area for a night and stayed in a more expensive hotel - not a great experience. Quality VRBO suites are so much more enjoyable.

Top notch

Upon arrival was easy to park and enter. hosts were helpful and curtious . place was nicely organized and well equipped. Warm shower s comfortable bedding . closet dresser tvs and nice mini kitchen gets it done. a clean and comfortable place that feels like home. Can't beat it. perfect location for being around UW. Greenlake. downtown. Need anything it's close by. Greenery and trails around . Highly recommended

Exactly what I needed

I'm from the Seattle area so am very familiar with the different neighborhoods. This rental had everything I needed and more. The listing is very accurate but doesn't mention all the little details that made it so enjoyable. Bathroom had plenty of toilet paper (some units don't!), feminine products (never seen that before), besides shampoo/conditioner it had body wash and lotion, and a number of tissue boxes. Bedroom is large with dresser and big closet so I didn't feel cramped. Living area is nice sized, kitchen had everything I needed. Included half & half creamer pods (it is a must for me!), nice ground coffee, tea, multiple types of sugar. Also included basic condiments (Salt, Pepper, Soy, etc.) The house and neighborhood is very residential but close to some great areas for food and shopping (University Village is minutes away). House is the last one on a dead end street with a ravine across the street - that means it is in an extremely quiet area with lots of nature around (tons of birds). A trail through the ravine is in very close walking distance which gives a very good representation of the true Seattle. Only downside of this unit is that it is in a shared house so you can hear footsteps above (and when something drops, it can be alarming) and once I smelled their food (because the weather was freezing and the furnace was running almost non stop) Plenty of on street parking but I didn't see a way to plug in my electric car. I also didn't ask.

Comfortable, clean and pleasant

This garden-level apartment is very clean and comfortable and nicely decorted. The pictures are true to life. The glass doors brighten the space. The outdoor seating area is very pleasant. I would certainly stay here again.

Comfortable Stay

This place is everything as advertised. It had the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Nice quiet neighborhood that is close to a good variety of restaurants and parks. Eric was a great host. He responded quickly to any questions and communicated well.

Walk out basement apartment next to Ravenna Park

As advertised. Great location on quiet street with ample parking. Very friendly owner. Only gripe is no control over HVAC system . One rather loud vent seems to come directly from the furnace which is controlled by owner. Worked well enough for 50 degree rainy weather. There was a small fan and small space heater available. The microwave and cook top allowed me to cook several dinners. Outside keyless entry was convenient.

Perfect little spot for a B-leisure trip

This is a cute little spot tucked away with everything you need for a pleasant trip. The WiFi is super fast & reliable so I went to all my Zoom meetings with ease, and the TV is great as well. (and Netflix so I could watch all my shows). I stayed in March, so didn't get to enjoy the garden/yard area much, but it will be amazing to sit out there in spring. You'd never know you're so close to a main arterial & centrally located with shops & restaurants just a few min drive away. The bed is also really comfortable. Eric was really responsive to my questions & friendly to text with. Also the property is well maintained - actually I met Eric's mom one day by chance when she came by to check on the plants & she was friendly as well (and not intrusive at all). The only thing I'd point out is that it was chilly in the unit at times since it's a basement & my stay was in early April. Eric does provide a space heater which actually works great - it looks small but it is mighty! The downside is that the heater is VERY loud when it turns on, so it woke me up a couple times & I had to turn up the TV during those moments. But, the bed is so comfy I fell right back asleep, just wanted to note it for light sleepers. If you stay in the summer, this will be super nice & cool.
