Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room provide a bright and friendly atmosphere throughout the day. From the living room leads to the spacious, furnished and south-facing balcony from which one can enjoy a side sea view. The modern bathroom has a bath, rain shower and toilet. Underfloor heating in the whole apartment completes the varied offer. In the house laundry room, a washing machine can be shared for a fee.

Entertainment in the evening: A large LED TV in the living room with Blu-Ray player invites you to long DVD evenings. Another LED TV is located in one of the two bedrooms. Wi-Fi access and a stereo with iPod connection are also part of Entertaiment.
