The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The spacious dining area offers enough space for 6 people. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room create a bright and friendly atmosphere all day long. A sofa bed (1.60 wide) in the living area serves as one of three sleeping options for 2 guests. Furthermore, there is a separate bedroom on the lower floor with a comfortable double bed (1.80 wide) and a wardrobe. A shower room with toilet completes the lower area. In the upper area there is a spacious gallery area with 2 single beds (0. 90s wide) and a television. There is also a shower room with toilet. Underfloor heating in the entire lower level provides additional comfort. Thanks to an elevator in the house, suitcases can be transported into the apartment without having to drag them.
