Furnished in a Scandinavian clear and bright style, the 40 m² apartment is located directly on the Sierksdorfer Baltic Sea beach. It is located in the newly built and newly furnished house "Flunder & Hering" and offers space for up to four people for a relaxing holiday by the sea with an unobstructed sea view of the Bay of Lübeck and a lake-side terrace.

The house is in the first row - and therefore directly on the Sierksdorfer Promenade and the fine sandy beach. In front of the kitchen-living room and the terrace there is a wonderful sea view over the Bay of Lübeck and to nearby beach resorts such as Timmendorfer Strand or Scharbeutz. Despite the quiet location, it is not far to the next restaurant: In the Hof Sierksdorf, 100 meters away, holiday guests can dine during the day and in the evening. A short walk along the promenade (800 meters) leads to bakeries, cafes and shops in Haffkrug.

The apartment is equipped with a separate bedroom and an open kitchen. In the bedroom there is a comfortable box spring double bed (1.60 wide). In the living area, guests can also use a sofa bed (1.40 wide) for the night - so that up to four people can sleep in the apartment. The kitchenette convinced u. a. with refrigerator incl. Freezer, dishwasher, induction hob and oven, leaving nothing to be desired. The modern bathroom has a shower and toilet. The large window front facing the sea with a terrace in front offers a wonderful panorama. The terrace area is equipped with a table, chairs and a parasol. Washer and dryer are also available for shared, free use.

In the living room there is a flat screen TV, a stereo with USB connection and a WiFi connection.

There is a separate parking space in front of the house for each apartment as well as parking spaces for bicycles.
