Welcome to the 3-room vacation apartment No. 241!
The apartment is located in the second row of row houses right next to the beach and is ideal for a relaxing beach vacation with your family. From the third floor, looking out over the first row of houses, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view along the coast across Lübeck Bay. From the cozy combined living and dining area, featuring a dining table and sofa corner, you have access to the southeast-facing balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and stove and is open to the dining area via a serving hatch. The first bedroom has a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm), and the second bedroom has a bunk bed (each bed measuring 80 x 180 cm). Both bedrooms have a window, while the shower room is interior. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the beautiful sandy beach without having to cross a street. The parking space is located in front of the house.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee for the duration of your stay.

You may bring up to two dogs for a fee, provided you register in advance.

All of our properties are non-smoking.

A laundry room is located on the premises and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies may still be used during the breeding season.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping stretch of beach offers excellent conditions for swimming and is lifeguarded during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade is perfect for relaxing days at the beach and leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

Various recreational activities around the vacation park provide plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort located between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of Lübeck Bay offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green hinterland.
