4-Sterne 60qm große FeWo mit großer Wohnküche und WLAN
Die großzügige 3-Zimmer-Ferienwohnung (ca. 60qm) befindet sich idyllisch gelegenen auf einem Hofbauerngut auf einer von der Ilz umgebenen Halbinsel im Passauer Stadtteil Hals, welcher nur durch die Wehranlage des Stausees mit dem Anwesen verbunden ist. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Esstischgruppe, Sat-TV, Couch und Sessel im Wohnbereich sowie über 2 Schlafzimmer in Kiefernholz (eins mit Doppelbetten, eins mit Einzelbetten ausgestattet). Im Badezimmer befinden sich Dusche und WC. Parkplätze stehen im Innenhof des Hauses zur Verfügung. Kostenloses WLAN ist im Preis enthalten. Brötchenservice möglich. Etwa 25 Gehminuten ist die Passauer Innenstadt von uns entfernt. Diese ist natürlich auch mit dem regelmäßig verkehrenden Linienbus in einer Fahrtzeit von ca. 14 Minuten zu erreichen. Auf unserem Familienbetrieb ist es schon seit über 40 Jahren möglich "Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof" zu machen mit Pferden, Meerschweinchen, Zwerghasen und Hühnern.
