Welcome to the Ziegel-Loft Apartment—your stylish retreat by the Ilz River!

This spacious 100 m² loft combines the historic charm of exposed brick walls and vaulted ceilings with modern comfort and design. Perfect for families, couples, or small groups, the apartment sleeps up to 5 guests with a double bed, a sofa bed, and an additional sofa.

The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals, while the cozy living area with its green sofa and rustic dining table is ideal for relaxing evenings. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere on your private balcony, perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset.

Located right on the Ilz River and next to the scenic Bschüttpark, the apartment is just a 15-minute walk from the historic Veste Oberhaus. Free parking is available right at the apartment, and a bus stop is within walking distance, making it easy to explore Passau and the surrounding region.

Premium linens and towels, free Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

5. Toilet Use
Please dispose of toilet paper only in the toilet—no hygiene products, wet wipes, or trash.

6. Safety
Always close windows and doors when leaving the accommodation.

7. Key Handling
The key must not be given to anyone else and must be returned properly after your stay.
▶ Lost or unreturned keys may result in a charge of up to €50.

8. Furniture & Equipment
