(No linens towels, toiletries ) if you love being close to the beach this is the place for you. Located on the 3rd floor no worries, take the elevator. Updated condo with full size refrigerator, full size microwave, electric cook top, granite countertop, coffee maker, air conditioner and 2 ceiling fans and 2 new comfy beds. (Full) new sofa bed matress (full). Washer Dryer on premises. Linens/towel’s toiletries NOT provided.

Perfect spot for Beach Blast

We were a family of 5 in a pinch for a place to stay the weekend. This location was 1.5 blocks from the tournament with parking! We fit well in the space and everything was clean and lovely! Thank you so much!!!

Weekend getaway

Nice weekend getaway with the family for our Union picnic the place was clean and everything worked with no problems. small but cozy great little place to rest up after a day on the beach or boards. check-in was super easy and a breeze and owner sent everything thing we need to know for checking and check out ahead of time with any info and then some to make check smooth and easy also sent all the good local eatery and stores close by we may get need while we were down there. We would definitely come back and stay again for next year the place was in a great spot and super convenient to walk places we wanted to go and eat!

Shore Days

My family stayed here for a few days during our annual summer trip to the Jersey shore. Had all we needed to enjoy breakfast and pack up our beach lunch. Close walk to the beach and boardwalk for evenings fun as well.

Amazing communication, great location!!

Great condo close to the boardwalk and Wawa. Owner was great and with you every step of the way. Towels we're super fluffy and soft and the place was spotless.

Very cute

This is a cute property that is very conveniently located. We spent most of our time on the go but were very happy to return and be able to relax in a quiet atmosphere. The pool is very nice and the property is well-maintained. Host is very helpful and always available. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location! Clean property

The property was great for our short stay but a little tight for 5 guests. No complaints at all. Owner was courteous and helpful and the unit was clean and updated. Would recommend for family of 4.

Solid place to sleep

Everything was great. The building is old and pretty brutal looking, but thankfully the condo was very clean and as stated. Only complaint was wifi was unusable and so was Verizon, so if I had to work it would have been an issue. However with just me and my 3 year old enjoying some time, it was perfect. Host very responsive, I would stay here again for sure with perfect location.

Great location, efficiency size

Location was absolutely perfect. I can’t imagine more than 4 people staying here at once. While there are 2 full size beds (still tight before 2 adults & 2 kids (age 11 & 8.) it rained for a few hours once day and the living space was way to small to accommodate more than 2 people. Ideal space for a couple, but not a family.

We stayed here the weekend of the blackout and Rayanne was great with communication. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to not having power. Rayanne was very generous to refund us partially. My only suggestion would be to provide the name of the building for ease in finding the condo.

Great overall weekend

The start was a little confusing, we got there fine. We just were not sure what unit it actually was as that part was missing from the listing details, but we were able to get help. The lockbox was a little complicated to close, but that was really the only issues we had. Room is adorable, clean, and comfortable. It is also exactly 5 minutes from the beach which was fantastic for our early morning beach blast soccer tournament. I highly recommend, and would definitely book here again.

Cramped space. No toilet paper, paper towels, or toiletries-shampoo, soap, etc. We couldn’t figure out how to open the screen door to the terrace, much as we tried. Tile floors throughout. Good location to boardwalk. Had problem with using code to get into unit. Owner responded via text quickly and a workable solution was offered.

We enjoyed our stay this past weekend. Rayanne had great communication! Checking in was a breeze. Plenty of parking and the pool was great. The only issue we had (that was not Rayanne’s fault) was that every day someone would go by a bang on the door and then walk away. It happened once around 8pm and again around 10am the next day. We figured it was just kids playing around. Who knows. Other than that the place is very clean and all 6 of us slept comfortably! 10/10 would recommend.

Overall a disappointing experience. The photos were misleading as the property is not in a good condition. The overall complex made us feel unsafe. The owner didn't communicate until the day prior (after we had already left on our vacation) that we'd need to bring all our own towels and linens. We ended up having to book a last minute stay elsewhere. Upon voicing our concerns to the owner, we were totally ignored and disregarded. Terrible overall customer experience. For anyone looking at booking this property in the future...BUYER BEWARE. It is NOT worth the money and not what you'll be expecting.

Perfect Weekend Stay

Property was perfect for hanging with friends and heading out to the boardwalk. If you plan on cooking most of your meals I wouldn’t recommend it but if you are just looking for a place to rest your head I would highly recommend it!!! Would definitely come back and stay again! Hosts made Everything so easy and were incredibly accommodating!!
