This place has all we needed to enjoy the vibrant and cute RiNo neighborhood. We could walk to many eateries. Clean apartment and comfortable bed! Appreciated it being stocked with shower items and even coffee.

Great place! Everything was as described and very clean. The bed was super comfy as well. We did have a minor issue with a smoke detector, but the host was responsive and took care of it in a timely manner. Would stay here again!

This was a great find in a very cute neighborhood! Tons to do that's walkable, but we also were about 10-15 min driving range of a lot of stuff. The place was very cute, had everything we needed and more. We loved the well stocked kitchen and the smart tv was great for enjoying netflix in our downtime. Internet was fast and reliable, check in easy. Would definitely recommend as a cozy spot to explore Denver!

Appreciated this easy to access location. It was a great stay in Denver, close to RiNo and Downtown for all my needs. Modern and clean loft apartment had everything needed.

I loved staying in Claire & Santiago's Treehouse! I needed a quiet place where I could rest and recharge during my performance week in the Denver Fringe Festival. The bed is comfortable, with lovely linens. Ample space for 1-2 people. Beautiful light from the windows and skylights. Calming vibe and pretty details. Street parking was easy! AC/Heat helped make it comfortable. Having a washer/dryer in the apartment was a big plus, too. Claire and Santiago were responsive and kind in all of their communications. I hope that I will have a chance to stay there again in the future!

Denver vacation

Great neighborhood! Close to restaurants, shops & parks, with easy walking, driving, and parking options. The carriage house is very private, clean, and was the perfect size for my son & me. The only negative is that one of our nights, a house across the alley had a party, and it sounded like a rave directly in our bedroom. Luckily, the party ended at midnight. Other than that one loud night, the neighborhood was quiet. Overall, it was a great experience, and the host was quick to respond to questions.

Weekend getaway with my son

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the location. We walked everywhere. My son and I returned to Denver for the second year in a row to go to the Dom Dolla concert and had an amazing time. I highly recommend this property

Our Stay in Denver

Everything about our stay was perfect. We came into the city really early, but we were allowed to keep our luggage at the location hours before we were allowed to check in. It was easy to talk to the owners prior to our visit. The neighborhood was fantastic for walking around. So many murals. It was a perfect location for a couple. The only thing I wish for is that the two cross streets where the alley you have to walk down was listed for easier finding, but they did talk us through on the phone to find the place. We already plan on staying again when we go to town again.

Amazing rental!

This was the perfect place to stay for a few nights. It’s well equipped with a full kitchen, laundry room, and plenty of great lighting. Can’t recommend it enough for smaller groups!
