Urban Cottage in Denver’s RiNo District
Perfect for a romantic getaway! Built in 1921 and completely renovated in 2023, this one-of-a-kind urban cottage is located in Denver's chic RiNo Art District. This charming cottage has all the comforts of home including gated private parking, fully stocked kitchen, high-speed internet, and 50" smart TV. Enjoy the private yard with a skyline view of downtown Denver and be within two minutes of the National Western Complex, restaurants, breweries, and shops in the RiNo Art District.
Everything in this unique cottage is brand new! The daylight floods in through the large front and side windows making the space cheery and bright. The kitchen is fully stocked to meet your cooking needs. The convertible futon adjusts to a twin-size bed. The full bathroom includes a heat fan to make your morning shower a more comfortable experience. Linens and toiletries are provided.
This private guesthouse is located at the back of our property and must be accessed by way of the alley. Look for the Colorado mountain painting and access the private yard and parking space through the wide, wooden gate.
We are happy to host you and your family or friends! If you have any questions or requests during your stay, please contact us through VRBO and we will respond as soon as we are able. We aim to provide a 5-star stay for every guest.

The River North Art District "where art is made" goes by the nickname of "RiNo" and has even adopted a rhino design for its official logo. Look for creative rhinos in art and signage all around the neighborhood!
The district's interesting blend of urban charm and unique industrial revival makes it a great destination for visitors. Historic warehouses and factories now house jazz bars, restaurants, brewpubs, art galleries and working studios.
RiNo boasts a diverse mix of creative businesses ranging from visual artists, designers and furniture makers, to craft distillers and brewers, winemakers, creators of unique outdoor gear and small-batch coffee roasters. The art definitely extends beyond gallery walls in this neighborhood, with its colorful and innovative street art murals in alleys and on buildings around almost every corner!

Additional cleaning or laundry service is available upon request for an extra fee.
NO-SMOKING OR VAPING
Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted indoors. A home recovery fee of $300 will be charged if there is a smoke smell or signs of smoking following a guest’s departure. If a lingering smell causes the next guest to cancel their stay, the cost of the cancelled reservation will also be charged.
If smoking outdoors, please extinguish and throw all cigarette butts in the outside receptacle. Please do not leave cigarette butts in any indoor trash bins.
NO PETS
This is a pet free home due to allergies unless an exception is granted. An extra cleaning fee of $150 will be charged if there is pet odor or pet hair on furniture.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
If additional guests arrive that were not pre-approved by the host, your reservation will be cancelled and a refund will not be issued.

For our neighbors’ sake and noise-ordinance laws, please observe quiet time from 10:00pm – 8:00am.
