Finca in quiet area with private pool

Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay extra.

- guarantee 400 € (will be refunded 1 week after departure)

The rent includes 130 kwh / week for electricity (additional consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).

The Space:
Magnificent finca with private pool in a wonderful location in the countryside. The house is located in a very quiet location (dead end), with a beautiful view.

There is almost no contact with the immediate neighbors. A beautiful, not overlooked roof terrace invites to enjoy some lonely time.

The large property is completely fenced, parking is available for several cars.

The house is comfortable and tastefully furnished.
In addition, the tenants can use Internet with Wi-Fi. And there is a table tennis plate and a basquet ball for recreational activities.

The following rooms are available:

Living-dining room (with air conditioning), american kitchen (with dishwasher), 3 bedrooms (each with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms (one en-suite).
There is a sofa bed for 2 children (1,15 m wide).

Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by a key-box.

The Neighborhood:
The next sandy beach can be reached in 12 minutes by car. Restaurants and supermarket are about 5 minutes away by car.

Other Things to Note:
Dog keeping not allowed. Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).

The arrival and departure has to be of Saturday - Saturday. Other days only are possible on request.
