Great spot! Outdoor kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast and lunch (went out for dinner). Great balcony and view. Close to restaurants and night life.

Perfect Authentic Getaway

We did not do much cooking favouring the various restaurants. The condo was exactly as advertised and greatly enjoyed. The beach is beautiful but can be challenging account surf. There were a few loud gatherings in adjacent block a few evenings but respectfully quiet after 10:30.

Great Stay!

The condo is exactly as advertised. It is in an excellent location and the view is hard to beat. We enjoyed the open air concept and the mexican flair. The owner was great to deal with and we would recommend the condo to anyone.

Great apartment for one or two adults in a great location

The apartment was just perfect for two of us. A full kitchen made cooking easy. With the doors open, the sound of the waves at night was very soothing for sleeping. And the location near the beach clubs is perfect.

Great traditional condo with direct beach access and central location

Love the indoor/outdoor flow of this studio apartment with the balcony right over the beach below. Great people watching, great waves crashing and great traditional vibe with tile and wood. If you go to PV often, you will enjoy the location in the Romantic Zone.

My husband and I stayed 10 days in this cozy unit. It’s perfect for a couple or a solo traveler. The view is amazing and the neighborhood is lively with great restaurants and shops in walking distance. There is noise from the beach clubs and bars. It’s loudest on Friday and Saturday but does quiet down by 10pm or so. We didn’t cook but the kitchen seemed reasonably equipped. The fridge has plenty of room for food for two people and the freezer can hold a full bag of ice. The bathroom and changing room are roomy and nicely designed. We will definitely be back!

Great place!

The condo is a great place to stay with old mexican charm. A little noisy from the clubs but not a real issue. All quiet by 11pm The host Ralph explained it all on the listing so we were not at all surprised. Awesome view of the ocean and nice breezes. Would definitely stay again.

Great apartment

We loved this little apartment. For us, the location was perfect and we loved the traditional Mexican design. The AC in the bedroom gets super cold and outdoor living areas are a big bonus. The host is extremely responsive and check in was a breeze. We would defiantly rent again.

The absolute best sunset view!

I am going to come back!! Ralph's place is hands down the best location with the most amazing views. You have to be here to understand what I mean!!!
