The Palm Tree III home (Hot Tub, Free Heated pool) is Light and airy with a beachy Floridian feel. Each bedroom has a tv. The bedrooms have 55" TVs. Hang out for a movie night by watching on the 85" tv in the living room. All rooms have Netflix available. A variety of board games are included for rainy days. Enjoy the heated pool year-round or fish off the pier. Enjoy the sunset while hanging out around the pool. The Apollo Beach Golf course is within walking distance. Kayaks, Four bicycles, and a cornhole game are also included. Bring your boat for the perfect Apollo Beach Vacation.

My wife and I have owned and operated vacation rentals since 2006. Over the years we have picked up a few ideas and listened to our guests. We believe we have put together not only the best Apollo Beach rental but also the perfect vacation rental. This home is full of amenities that fit all age groups. We are constantly looking to improve our home and believe it can always be better. We hope you chose The Palm Tree for your next Florida visit. You will love it!

Check out The Publix grocery delivery online before you arrive. Publix will deliver to the front door. This could save you a ton of time when you are trying to have some fun.

There is absolutely no smoking in this house. Seven-day minimum lease. No Parties allowed. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway or they will be towed away.

Free heated pool, Free gas Grill, $75 additional hot tub cleaning fee. (we drain, clean, and refill between each guest).

Immaculately clean, roomy, well supplied, beautiful pool and hottub, private dock on canal with direct access. We fished, relaxed, watched movies on huge HDTV, enjoyed floating in pool, kayaking on canal. Worth every cent!

This house has everything you need for your Florida vacations! Kayak, life vests, bicycles, and lovely pool, games etc. The house was immaculate and there was a ton of towels and pillows. The beds were superbly comfortable. The neighborhood is upscale and quiet. We can’t say enough nice things about this house!

Tropical Paradise

Michael and Eva are excellent hosts. Their home has everything you need when away from home. Tastefully decorated and comfy beds. Very clean and the kitchen is stocked. We enjoyed the bikes, the corn hole, and the pool is amazing! We also appreciated the beach equipment, including a beach wagon to carry everything. We plan on coming back!

Perfect Florida getaway, located on a saltwater canal. Manatees and Dolphins can be spotted right off the boat dock. This house has the relaxing feel one is looking for when on vacation. Almost everything is new. This is a great place to soak up the Florida sun and unwind from the daily stress. This home has 10-foot ceilings in the main area it provides a spacious feel. You won't feel "cramped" while on vacation. It has a large patio with loungers. The sun shines on the pool until 4:30 pm in the winter months. It is a perfect getaway.
