This place is a hidden gem. Everything you need is in the house for cooking, bedding etc. great neighbors. Quiet clean safe subdivision. This is literally the best VRBO we’ve ever had. We had a family of 9 from 15-75 years old. The pool was heated to 90. The house was spotless. Kids caught fish right off the dock with snook crab and even stingrays and the manatees swim right by every day!! Shops and every store or restaurant within minutes. Do not pass this one up!!

We loved the heated pool, perfect in the evenings after running to all the Florida attractions! We fished off the dock (they had fishing gear at the VRBO all we needed was bait (bait shop 2 min down the road). Beds were comfy, couch was awesome, plenty of entertaining things at the house for our big family group!

This house was perfect for the family reunion that we planned. There was space for everyone. Only used the pool a couple of times due to weather but it was enjoyable. Only thing to make it better would have been a railing when getting in the pool. House was very clean but could use some new pots and pans. Great family getaway! Gert S.

We met our kids and grandkids at the house for vacation. Our stay was great! We pretty much stayed in the pool most of the time. From the back of the house we saw some of the most beautiful sun rises. We saw a manitee, dolphin, and a hawk sitting a top a tree. The house was very clean and big enough for our family of 10. Check in and out was quick and easy. Commutation was great. We will be back.

Eric was perfect and a great host! Any concerns or “how-to” with the house, he was readily available. This home was very relaxing and had everything we needed for our family vacation. We would love to return to Apollo Beach and stay here again.

A very special stay with just my mom, my sister and my son. We loved everything about the house and the area. We enjoyed a lot of pool time, trips into Tampa and St. Petersburg. We enjoyed visiting local cafes and coffee shops. The ice cream at Kimis is amazing and OMG - the food at Calis Colombian cafe in Riverview is a must have. You must go!!! We took a golf cart tour in Tampa which was a lot of fun. We saw dolphins while sitting by the pool. This house is comfortable and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more!!! You will not regret booking this gorgeous home. We truly hated to leave. Eric is a fabulous host. He provided all the needed information and was always just a text away if we needed anything. Thank you Eric.

Great stay

Eric was the perfect host - he was quick to answer and solved what ever issue we had. We loved the house and would stay again. The 4th of July celebrations in the neighborhood was great. Very nice neighbors.

Fantastic Property and Owner!!!

I can't say enough about this property and owner. The property is even better than the pictures. The house was so comfortable for our family. We had 10 adults including my parents who are both in their 80's. Everyone was completely satisfied with the property and all though this was by far the best place we have ever stayed. So much to do, with bikes, kayaks, paddleboard, pickleball and fishing. You really don't even need to leave the property to make your vacation fantastic. Eric, the owner, is wonderful to work with. He is so responsive to any questions you have. Also, the property is setup with guests in mind. He provides everything you need for a great time. Book this one now!!!

Spring Break Stay in Apollo Beach

The family stay at the Villa Oasis was wonderful. Eric stopped by at check-in and showed us everything we needed to know. He also let us check in a little early, which we greatly appreciated. The house is very clean, and there was plenty of space for everybody to spread out. We especially enjoyed the heated pool and deck area. My grandchildren were in the pool every day! Eric's suggestions for restaurants were spot on. We ate out at Circles Waterfront restaurant, and it was excellent. The kitchen area was spacious and had everything we needed. Although the fish were not biting this week, the dock area provided plenty of room for fishing. We saw one mantee and a few stingrays. What a perfect way to spend a week in Florida. Thanks Eric!

Amazing property with an amazing owner!

Pictures don’t do it justice! Amazing property with hands down the best owner I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Highly highly recommend! Quiet neighborhood! Gym in the basement, pool table. Eric the owner is top notch and makes sure you are comfortable with everything! Pool was great! Outdoor patio! Had a great time even though the weather didn’t cooperate the first week. Don’t hesitate to book this house!

Beautiful home wonderful stay great location!

Our 7 day trip began on New Year’s Eve 2024. What a fabulous way to bring in the New Year in this beautiful, clean, conveniently located home! Only 30 minutes from the Tampa airport, Eric was there to greet us upon arrival and show us around. Everything was immaculate! He answered all our questions making sure before leaving we were settled in & comfortable. The house had everything we needed! He also was kind enough to recommend a few local restaurants and places to visit during our stay. We immediately felt relaxed and at home!! The home is situated at the end of the canal in a quiet safe neighborhood. In Tampa for our daughter’s soccer tournament at the Tampa Sportsplex of Tampa Bay approx. 25 min away and not too far from touring a few colleges while in the area. This was the perfect spot!My mom drove over from the east coast & our friends from Sarasota and their 16yr old daughter joined us for a few days to bring in the New Year and to celebrate our daughter’s 18th birthday. There was more than enough room and things to do on property for each age group to keep everyone entertained! We enjoyed the pool deck almost every day. Morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, dinner, grilling, swimming in the heated pool & fishing off the dock were a perfect way to relax at the end of the day. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well beyond stocked. Finn’s Dockside takeout was delicious for a night or 2 off. Great experience would definitely stay again!!

Wonderful property!

This home was more than we could have hoped for! Our family enjoyed using every part of the house from the gym, to the pool, pool table and fishing poles! It was very clean and in a great neighborhood. We would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing House and location

The pictures do not do this property justice as it was beautiful. Eric was great the entire time both showing us around and responsive to minor repairs during the stay. By far the most relaxing vacation all of us have had. The things in the area are fun, but in reality there was very little appetite to leave the house because it was the main attraction. There were 8 of us in the house and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. 4 Adults and 4 teenagers. I would recommend this house and host to any of my friends or family.

Enjoyable combined with a healthy dose of “Wanna do it again”.

Property was clean, in a safe neighborhood, and filled with attention to details designed to make our stay enjoyable. Property was close to grocery stores, fast food and first-rate restaurants with gorgeous views of Tampa’s beautiful beaches and sunsets.

Great Place

Our expectations were exceeded with the property. Our host Eric did a great job in communicating including an on-site orientation of the entire property. We had adult families with us. The pool overlooking the channel was a great setting. Highly recommend for anyone !
