Villa Seeidyll - Detached vacation home directly on the lake with sauna

Our holiday home is located in the Dahme-Heideseen nature park. We are surrounded by a lot of forest and a large lake area. The house, located directly on the lake, is modern and stylish with lots of love. It has wooden floors, a cozy TV room, a large dining room, 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. A sauna with separate shower facilities and access to the lake make your vacation an experience. The shops are 1.5 km away - right in the center of Prieros.
The property is located directly on the lake with its own access to the water, with the possibility of swimming and water sports. A rowing boat directly on the jetty can be used for this.
A covered terrace lures you from breakfast to late sunset with a wonderful view of the motorboat-free swimming lake. A standing grill rounds off the uninterrupted stay outdoors. A massive garage is available during the stay for your vehicle and any bicycles you have brought with you.
With the bicycles provided free of charge, we can explore the water-rich surroundings and idyll in the nature park.

We have brought all the effort and creative diversity into the holiday home, which has now been completely renovated for over 1 year.
Many details from the origins have been painstakingly reworked and integrated into a suitable modern overall appearance.
Installed outbuildings were demolished, stairs to the water were completely rebuilt and various
garden-oriented plantings and lighting. We are happy and satisfied with the result of our structural changes.
Come to us ! We are now looking forward to you, to share with you the beauty of nature in all its splendor and to discover new things again and again.

The location of our holiday home enables many interesting excursions into the surroundings of the Spreewald and the impressive cultural life of Berlin and Potsdam.
Many sights and restaurants in the immediate vicinity as well as castles and fortresses
make your vacation a unique experience!

Sehr schönes Haus in ausgezeichneter Lage

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Nichts hat gefehlt und alles war sehr sauber. Der direkte und private Seezugang war war das I- Tüpfelchen. Auch hatten wir das passende Wetter, um den See ausgiebig zu nutzen. Perfekt waren auch die Gastgeber. Sehr freundlich und dennoch unaufdringlich. So macht Urlaub Spaß. Wir können das Haus jederzeit uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Villa Seeidyll

Ein super Feriendomizil, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Inserat ist ehrlich und in allen Punkten zutreffend. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und kümmern sich mit Freude um alle Belange. Alles in Allem ein Traum am See und somit beste Voraussetzungen für gute Erholung! Wir hatten zudem noch das passende Wetter und konnten den herrlichen See überaus genießen. Für uns alle ein sehr gelungener Urlaub, herzliche Grüße an Familie Mann.

Ruhe, Erholung und Kultur

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war problemlos und herzlich. Es fehlte an nichts. Sowohl Ausstattung als auch Sauberkeit waren hervorragend. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht und dabei auch Ausflüge nach Potsdam und Berlin oder in den Spreewald machen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Vielen Dank!

Idyllisch...

... ist eine sehr passende Bezeichnung. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und uns Wohl gefühlt. Ein ganz kleiner Punkt... für den Außenbereich wären 1-2 Spielsachen noch super! Ansonsten alles großartig!

Wir haben uns hier in dem sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Toll war der direkte Seezugang und die Möglichkeit, die Kinder auf dem Grundstück „einfach mal laufen zu lassen“. Sehr nette Vermieter 😀

Erholsamer Urlaub😎

Wir waren für 2 Wochen im Ferienhaus Villa Seeidyll. So, wie die Beschreibung es aussagt, ist es auch tatsächlich gewesen... vom Saunahandtuch, über Bettwäsche bis hin zum Geschirrspültab und dem Holzkohlegrill ist alles vorhanden! Selbst für erste Standup-Paddleboardversuche ist ein SUP vorhanden. Kurz: alles, was man benötigt, ist auch da. Das Grundstück sowie das liebevoll renovierte Haus ist sehr gut gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind absolut freundlich und kompetent. Wer also früh, mittags, abends oder wann auch immer einfach ungestört im motorbootfreien See schwimmen und die Sonne genießen möchte, ist hier absolut richtig! 5⭐️

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus am See

Die Lage des Hauses am sehr sauberen Badesee (ohne Motorboote) ist einfach traumhaft. Haus und Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Alles sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Hinzu kommt die Lage im Naturpark Dahme-Heideseen. Wer Ruhe sucht und die Natur liebt, kann sich hier wohlfühlen. Kurzum, ein tolles Urlaubsdomizil.

Unser schönstes Ferienhaus

Zum zweiten Mal durften wir eine Woche in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus verbringen. Wie im letzten Jahr begrüßten uns sehr freundliche Vermieter, das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und die Lage und Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal da. Alles top!

wir haben zu viert (2 Erwachsene und 2 Töchter im Alter von 15 und 12 Jahren) eine tolle Woche in diesem sehr schönen, ruhig gelegenen Haus verbracht. Sehr sauber und alles vorhanden inkl. z.B. Smart-TV, exklusivem Zugang zum sehr idyllischen und sauberen Badesee, eigenes Ruderboot, Sauna, Fahrräder usw. Sehr, sehr nette Vermieter, die sogar aus ihrem eigenen Fundus noch Spaßartikel bereit gestellt haben (danke für das stand-up paddle board!). Die Unterkunft eignet sich auch hervorragend für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, z.B. nach Berlin. Dazu kann man mit dem Auto ca. 20 min bis Königs Wusterhausen fahren, auf dem Parkplatz am Wasserturm parken (schräg gegenüber vom Bahnhof) und ganz entspannt mit dem Zug oder der S-Bahn nach Berlin rein fahren. Der stündlich verkehrende Regionalexpress z.B. ist in 26 Minuten am Alexanderplatz, alternativ fahren S-Bahnen. Mit der Berlin-welcome-card (erhältlich z.B. am Bahnhof Königs Wusterhausen) zahlt man als Erwachsener z.B. 23 Euro (Stand 20019) und kann damit das hervorragende Berliner U- und S-Bahn Netz inkl. Regionalexpress 48 Std. lang nutzen. 3 Kinder bis einschliesslich 14 Jahren fahren pro Erwachsenenkarte gratis mit. Zusätzlich gibt es Vergünstigungen für zahlreiche Orte in Berlin. Weiteres lohnenswertes Ausflugsziel ist der Spreewald. Wir waren in Lübbenau (ca. 1h Fahrzeit mit dem Auto) und hatten dort viel Spaß mit unserem 4er Kanadier). Insgesamt also alles perfekt, wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Ein tolles Ferienhaus, von den Vermietern mit voller Liebe und Hingabe eingerichtet

Wir verlebten wunderschöne Ferientage im Ferienhaus der Familie Mann. Das Haus befindet sich in bester Lage direkt am See, ist top gepflegt und alles Inventar wirklich hochwertig. Kurzum, das Haus ist seinen Buchungspreis wirklich wert. ABER, was man eben für kein Geld der Welt kaufen kann und dieses Haus von anderen unterscheidet! Man merkt an vielen kleinen liebevollen Details sofort dass dieses Haus wirklich mit echter Hingabe und Liebe eingerichtet und ausgestattet ist. Das Haus verströmt deshalb eine wirklich positive Wohlfühl- und Urlaubs Aura, was wir woanders so noch nicht erlebt hatten. Natürlich Dank der sehr netten und außergewöhnlich umsichtigen Vermieter. In diesem Sinne auch von uns nochmal ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Familie Mann!

Traumhaftes Idyll

Wir hatten nur fünf Tage die Gelegenheit, dieses wunderbare Kleinod am See zu genießen, aber diese Tage hatten es in sich: viele Male am Tag in den klaren, sauberen See springen, seine Weite mit dem Bötchen erkunden, verträumt auf der Bank am Steg verweilen und das intensive Grün rundum aufnehmen. Abends warteten dann die Sauna und das gemütliche Haus. Wir kamen rundum erholt nach Hause und besuchen dieses Paradies bestimmt wieder einmal! Vielen Dank dafür!

Träumen am See

Buchungszeit Mai/Juni 2019. Ein sehr schön renoviertes Haus, penibel sauber, eine Traumlage mit Seezugang in einer ruhigen Umgebung, Fahrräder, Ruderboot, Sauna und nicht zuletzt nette Vermieter. Was kann man mehr verlangen für einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub?? Wer allerdings mit der Natur nicht viel am Hut hat und Trubel sucht, der ist hier falsch. Vielen Dank für diese Woche Urlaub!

Erholung pur!

Villa Seeidyll trägt den Namen zu Recht! Das gepflegte Haus mit seinem schönen Garten liegt direkt am stillen und "Tiefen See", auf dem keine lauten Motorboote fahren dürfen. Ich bin ein großer Wasservogelfreund und habe deshalb hier einen besonders schönen Urlaub erleben dürfen: einfach am Abend vor den Seerosen auf dem Badesteg sitzen oder mit dem kleinen Ruderboot auf den See fahren. Sich dabei über die kleine Haubentaucherfamilie freuen oder sich mit dem jungen Schwan anfreunden..... Liebe Famile Mann, mein Aufenthalt in Ihrer "Ferienvilla" hat mir viel Freude bereitet.
