Cathy was extremely helpful. The house was spotless. Sorry we couldn’t stay longer but would love to return for a longer stay. Neighbors were also friendly as was Sophie the next door dog

great place to stay!

The house is really nice. It is well laid-out and has nice furniture, beds, ceiling fans, etc. The house stays warm even in frigid temps.The house is a short walk to coffee and dinners, and is a short drive to a number of supermarkets. I would highly recommend staying here.

Cathie’s property was wonderful! The house was very comfortable, clean and well stocked. Her communication was quick and clear. She made traveling out of state a breeze for us. We would absolutely book her place again.

Beautiful place great location!

Wish I could give it 10 starts. Beds and bedding were comfortable, location was perfect, and Cathie was one of the best host I ever had, I use Vrbo a lot. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Annapolis!! Oh, and so clean!!

Absolutely Lovely

I can't say enough good things about our stay. The location was super convenient, the host was wonderful to work with, and the home was everything we could have hoped for. We had 7 people and there was plenty of space. The host is clearly very experienced and had thought of everything. One of the best stays that I've had anywhere.

Perfect spot to stay on Annapolis

This townhouse was amazing! Plenty of room for 5 of us to stay. Extremely clean, well decorated! All the furniture and beds were very comfortable ( even the murphy bed in the basement). The kitchen was well stocked and had great appliances. Parking was close and convenient. The location was easy to get to downtown and the Naval Academy, but still in a very quiet area. Easy check in!

Perfect Vacation Rental in Every Way!

Stayed here with our family for my son's wedding weekend. One of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed at! Beautiful, spacious, comfy, well-stocked home. Perfect location to enjoy Annapolis (on foot or with Uber, which were readily available). Having the parking pass was a huge plus. Cathie, the owner was so gracious and helpful. Excellent communication with us. We would love to come back and stay longer. It was just perfect!

Annapolis townhome

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful townhouse. The place is tastefully decorated with great quality sheets/towels, comfortable beds, and a great open layout for relaxing and entertaining with friends. The house is a very close walk to restaurants and shops, but tucked away on a quiet side street. Cathie was very responsive and flexible with our check-in time. I'd highly recommend this house for a group of friends or family.

Beautiful Annapolis townhouse

We were in Annapolis for a family wedding and really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful townhouse which was in a great location. It was beautifully decorated, super clean, and very comfortable for all of us. The host was great making check-in/out process smooth, accommodating our parking needs, answering questions promptly, and providing many amenities. We only wish that we could have stayed longer! We would certainly recommend this property and host.

Perfect Home in the Perfect location

This property is beautiful! Extremely well kept and comfortable. Great price for our four-night stay. We couldn't have stayed for less in a hotel for all of us. Every possible amenity you can imagine. If you have it at home, you have it here! Plenty of space for 5 adults and one youngster. Downstairs lounge area was a great hangout spot. Access was easy. Parking (with pass) was easy and convenient. Contact with owner was easy, and she is extremely responsive. We hope to visit again one day. Thank you, Cathie.

Beautiful home, great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home has been renovated and beautifully decorated. It was very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The location is very convenient, a short walk to downtown. Parking was close by with the parking pass provided. Our host Cathie was great about communicating everything we needed. She was also quick to respond to an issue we had with one of the bathrooms and had a plumber come and fix it the same day. She even came and cleaned the whole bathroom top to bottom after the repairs were done. We were very impressed with the high level of service. We highly recommend this wonderful property!

Amazing Annapolis Location

Beautiful home located in the heart of Annapolis, with gorgeous decorations and lovely accommodations. Also, very walkable to majority of downtown Annapolis. The owner was so helpful and accommodating. She was available anytime I needed a question answered. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future.
