Amazing updated home with a mid-century modern flair. Fantastic location. Close to the entrance right across from Coachella & Stage Coach. Renovated kitchen and bathrooms. 3 KING BEDS. (2 king & 1 Cal King)

This home boasts a gourmet kitchen, with a gas stovetop, double ovens, a french door fridge with water and ice, a private fully fenced yard, lots of windows, a great and spacious layout. The Ensuite bath has a separate private toilet area and a beautiful tub to have a glass of wine and watch a show. TVs in all the rooms.

NOTE: The Coachella Valley is subject to windy conditions from time to time. It may blow dust or debris into the yard or pool etc.  We have our pool & hot tub cleaned and treated 2 times a week on a schedule. The home is fully cleaned after each check-out. We run pool filters daily.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We loved this property. The only thing we disliked is that the main front door is glass/see through. Just an odd unsafe feeling.

Great property in Indio

Jill was very responsive and easy to work with on the reservation, check-in and stay. Layout is very functional, and well-stocked with the basic necessities (towels, kitchen items, etc). Pool & spa are a nice size & enjoyable backyard.

Our family loved staying here! The pool and hot tub were just the right size and, once heated, were great for a Feb pool day. The neighborhood is quiet but everything you need is a quick car ride away. The house was very clean and the kitchen well stocked with pantry items.

Great house and perfect for our stay

The house was lovely and perfect for my family of 4 adults. It was very clean and modern. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Lots of nice touches, like the fireplace in the master and soaker tub in the master bath. We paid a little extra to have the pool and hot tub heated, which was well worth it. Jill and Terry were extremely helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice house!

The property was very nice and the hosts were very responsive to all questions and requests we had. There is a very nice gym, swimming pool, tennis & pickleball courts available, and the hot tub on the premises was nice also. We didn’t use the pool in the backyard. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was nice. We had a little trouble with one of the TV’s but that could have been user error?? I would stay here again!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at VillaSunstar. The home was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with so many appliances. The only thing missing was a rice cooker, but most vacation homes don’t have them so it wasn’t a big deal and we were able to bring our own. The pool was nice and the hot tub heat up so quickly on demand with use of the app. Our host, Jill, was super friendly and responded quickly to all of our questions. We would definitely come back for another weekend getaway. )

Beautiful and comfortable home.

We loved staying in this home while visiting our family. The home is very spacious with beautiful decor. The master bedroom with fireplace and bathroom with a cute tub was my favorite! All the bedrooms are good size. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. Living room was very cozy. We enjoyed the beauty of the backyard in the pool, hot tub and cozy patio furniture with outdoor propane firepit. We would definitely rent again! Thank you Terry and Jill for everything!

Coachella Home Base

Our weekend stay for Coachella could not have been better. The communication ahead of time and while at the house was on point and quick. The house is walking distance to the Festival and not having to get in a car and fight the traffic made the weekend. The pool and hot tub at the end of the night was the perfect way to end the day. Thank you for everything. We'll be back!
