The ground floor house has a stylish living room with an adjacent dining area where you can play a nice game together. The luxurious kitchen is well-equipped and has a dishwasher. Furthermore, the house has a masterbedroom with boxsprings of 2,10 m and a television, two more bedrooms, a luxury bathroom and a separate toilet. The garage has room for bikes, an e-bike charging point, a dartboard and table football.

In the large, enclosed garden, you’ll find two sunny terraces with comfortable garden furniture. You can directly access the terrace through the house to enjoy the sun or shadow under the large sunscreen. The garden offers maximal privacy and the lawn makes it also pleasant for children and dogs!
