Step through the sliding glass doors onto the private balcony, where you can unwind to the lively sounds of the courtyard pool and the beach beyond. It's the perfect place for your morning coffee or an evening cocktail to relax and recharge.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area provides seating for everyone and offers a great space for family meals. The chef of the group will love the modern kitchen, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of pantry and refrigerator space. Whether you're cooking up a feast with fresh local seafood or grabbing a quick bite at the wraparound high-top granite bar, you'll find everything you need for a stress-free dining experience.

After a fun day at the beach, retreat to the spacious main bedroom, complete with a private bathroom, plenty of closet and dresser space, and a large comfortable bed. Wind down by watching your favorite shows on the smart TV with Blu-ray player, or step out onto the balcony through the private sliding doors to soak in the peaceful ocean sounds before turning in for the night.
Guests can also enjoy access to a variety of condo amenities, including three swimming pools and two fitness centers—all with no additional resort fees.

The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
