You'll be only steps from the warm sands of the Atlantic Ocean, with three community pools, two gyms, a game room, and Viking grilling stations waiting to welcome you back to this resort-like, oceanfront property in the afternoons. Stop by the beachfront swim-up bar for happy hour before taking the elevator up to your penthouse, where spectacular sunsets over Back Bay await.

This condo has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. Feel at home in the open floor plan, which includes 2,260 square feet of stylish décor, a fully appointed kitchen with granite countertops and top-of-the-line appliances, two spacious primary suites, and a third suite with two sets of twin-over-full bunks for the kids or the kids at heart.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
