The plot is 6000 square meters with many Mediterranean plants and fruit trees. On the same property there are 2 other houses, both are far away, privacy is guaranteed. The landlord lives in one of the houses and is always available for questions. The house is located about 50 km from the nearest airport Jerez, very easy to reach on the highway, only the last 200 m you have to drive on a dirt road. In the village there are several restaurants, a small food market and a pharmacy. The extensive, sandy beach is about 9 km away from the house.
