Very nice

We had a short stay of 4 days, just to swim, sun and do nothing ;) It is a beautiful, clean house. Carlos was very helpful and kind. We have enjoyed our stay a lot.

Trip for Jerez Motogp

Lovely villa that had a lovely pool and facilities. The property owner Carlos was a joy to communicate with and was very helpful. The only downside was the dogs in the other properties barking a lot and the sink plug in the bathroom was broken. Recommend this property to anyone. 👍

Great for us!

Fantastic space, fully high fenced secure location.. Wooded area for dogs 2 mins walk, garden Great for dogs. Has own bar in garden next to great pool. Carport, BBQ, Pizza oven, 10 min drive to restaurants supermarkets shopping areas. Carlos was very helpful with local knowledge and information, very good price for quality and location also Netflix for the kids was a bonus.. Thanks Carlos would like to return in summer one year😁

A little remote but great host

The property is located in a small urbanisation and as reported before is accessed via an unmade road. While not great the road is manageable. The property has some good points and some poor. The outside is good for a family holiday with large pool and facilities. The lounge/diner is large and comfortable, the weak areas are the bathroom and kitchen both of which are small and need small amounts of upgrading and need more equipment in the kitchen. A minor investment would make a significant improvement. Overall a pleasant stay with charming hosts.

Excellent and comfortable hideaway

The Casa del Pinar is a very comfortable and well equipped holiday home (good kitchen tools to prepare the wonderful fish of the Cadiz coast), outside bbq and even woodfire oven. With its walls surrounding garden and pool, it gives a great sense of privacy. It is a bit tucked away, located in an urbanizacion in the north of Chiclana - so not very close to the beaches (not walking distance certainly!). Nothing is far, but you better have a rental car or bike. It overlooks the salt marshes towards San Fernando, and I can imagine it also enjoys a little evening breeze in the hot summer months (we were here in April). The motorway exit is 5-7 minutes away which makes it an excellent base to roam around in the region (Cadiz, Jérez, Vejer, Puerto de Santa Maria, etc.). A good supermarket is also 5-7 min away (driving) and you must not miss the wonderful Chiclana market and its bonanza of fish, shrimps and shells! Carlos and his wife have been very reactive, friendly and uncomplicated hosts, happy to provide personalized information. Highly recommended !

Nos ha encantado la experiencia, hemos estado súper bien y la casa estaba muy limpia y muy bien preparada.Lo mejor ha sido el trato con los dueños en todo momento súper atentos tanto para la llegada como para la ida! Todo genial ! Repetiremos sin duda!!

Wir hatten nach mehrwöchiger Fahrtein paar Tage verdient, die wir dort auch gefunden haben. Der Pool war super. Wir standen in direktem telefonischem Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, der uns mit Hilfe seiner Frau den etwas schwierigen Hinweg zeigte Sie waren sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Nach diesen Tagen konnte es gestärkt weiter gehen

Très bon séjour

Un très bon accueil, les propriétaires sont disponibles si besoin (tout était parfait donc pas de besoin)La maison est très bien et confortable pour 2 adultes et 3 garçons de 8 à 12 ans qui bougent. Merci la piscine. Un peu de bruit à cause des chiens aux alentours mais ça ne nous dérange pas.Petit bémol la vaisselle à refaire mais c’est dû aux mauvais comportements des anciens locataires. Sinon un séjour parfait, une maison très agréable dans une région magnifique.

Semana estupenda

Ha sido una semana inolvidable. La casa está super bien. Las camas son muy comodas, el salón es muy grande y muy bonito. El exterior de la casa con su piscina, barbacoa, tumbonas y su césped es una maravilla. Es una zona tranquila, aunque está a las afueras de Chiclana pero está todo muy cerca. Es una maravilla poder dejar tu coche dentro, no tienes problemas para aparcar como en otros sitios.El dueño de la casa, Carlos, es una persona encantadora preocupado desde el primer momento para que la estancia fuera buena, aconsejandonos e informandonos de los servicios que hay alrededor de la casa. Es la primera vez que el dueño de la casa se preocupe tanto por mí.No os va a defraudar este alojamiento, lo aconsejo al 100%.

Schöner Herbstaufenthalt

Es war ein schöner Urlaub in der Nähe zu Cadiz. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut, da man Ziele wie Cadiz oder Vejer de la Frontera und Mirador Faro de Cabo Roche sehr gut erreicht (auch Sevilla und Jerez liegen nicht weit entfernt). Der Pool war sehr gepflegt und eine Freude für die Kiddies. Carlos war jederzeit für Fragen zu erreichen.

Como sentirse en casa...

Hemos pasado siete dias en esta maravillosa casa y se nis ha hecho muy corto. Carlos, el propietario, un encanto de persona. Nos recibió y nos vino a despedir a la salida muy amablemente. La casa ideal...la piscina...una pasada y el chiringuito del jardín un puntazo. Mis hijos han disfrutado jugando a ser camareros. Sin duda, el próximo año volveremos y mas tiempo.

Encantados

La Ubicación de la casa perfecta no es céntrica con lo cual se está muy tranquilo pero queda todo muy a mano. La zona exterior muy agradable con la piscina la barbacoa y la barra de bar. La casa perfecta salón grande con aire acondicionado, las habitaciones tamaño normales con colchones muy cómodos para el descanso. No se pasa calor ya que es una zona que por las noches la temperatura es suave y agradable. Carlos es un encanto muy atento tanto en la entrada como en la salida de la estancia. Nos mando links que nos podían interesar y preocupado por qué estuviéramos cómodos y no nos faltara nada. Recomendable 100%. Volveremos en un futuro.

Très bien

Très bon endroit pour séjourner et visiter la région. Au calme et près de tout. Carlos et Mila sont disponibles si besoin, communication parfaite. Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables, nous avons pu nous y baigner début octobre. A recommander sans hésitation!

Vacaciones perfectas

Hemos estado todo el mes de agosto y todo ha sido perfecto. La ubicación de la casa, tienes de todo cerca. El trato de Carlos y su familia, han sido muy atentos y agradables. La casa tiene de todo para pasar una buenas vacaciones.
