This home is a no smoking home and is NOT 420 friendly!

Located within 1 mile of Broadmoor World arena/ 2 miles from Ft Carson in a peaceful wooded cul-de-sac, walk-out basement offers walking distance to Quail Lake along with Broadmoor World Arena, convenient access to food, shopping and entertainment. Kitchenette equipped with hot plate, microwave, convention oven/fryer, mini fridge for quick meals and on-the-go-snacks.
Casual open living features 32in smart tv, wireless internet.

If you want to stretch your legs, take a leisurely stroll around Quail Lake Park or head out to North Cheyenne Cañon Park to explore a natural wonderland of granite rock formations, creeks, and waterfalls. Spend the day at Cheyenne Mountain Zoo or shopping and golf at nearby Broadmoor.

Property is located in remodeled basement of owner's residence. Parking front of house. No hot tub access.

Cozy flat with access to adventure

We had a great stay. The flat was just what we needed - enough kitchen supplies for a quick breakfast or heating leftovers. Location was great for visiting Manitou Springs which is where we spent most of our time.

Relaxation in CO Springs

From the instructions, to the warm welcome and accommodations, we enjoyed our stay and were able to relax each night. Quiet neighborhood with lots of friendly wildlife. Host was most accommodating and friendly!

We stayed at this property when in town for a figure skating competition at World Arena. The location was so close and convenient to the arena! The homeowner was very accommodating and helpful during our stay, and the property was clean and comfortable. We would definitely choose to stay here again when in Colorado Springs!

Beautiful space with incredible hospitality

You're not going to find a more peaceful, relaxing stay than with Dawn. The space was very clean with comfortable furnishings, check in was easy, and it served as a family-friendly home base for our weekend in Colorado Springs. The outdoor patio space could not have been better, and Dawn was incredibly hospitable. Easily one of the best locations we've booked with VRBO

Great 2 bedroom rental

Really nice 2 bedroom basement apartment. Place was very clean and had everything we needed. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend if staying in the Colorado Springs area. Price was very reasonable.

Loved the Location

We were really happy with the whole set up. I was with my adult son, so having two separate bedrooms was perfect! Everything was clean and new looking. Close to everything we wanted to do. Really enjoyed working with Dawn.

Incredible!!!

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the neighborhood and then the location itself. The owner was very friendly and went above and beyond with accommodations! Close to Everything

Where we stayed was very nice and quiet. We enjoyed Dawn, our host, very much. We were close to great breakfast places, the Denver Biscuit Company. For dinner we went to the Bird Dog and the Mason Jar. Good places all around. We went to several attractions, WWII Aviation Museum, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods and a little drive away was the Gorge. Great place to stay and great experiences with my family. We will be back!

Sweet Hideaway Close to All the Good Stuff

Lovely, clean, everything we needed. Our host, Dawn, was very accommodating. Made sure we had cool AC in late July during our visit. Shower can stay hot or cool as needed. Never runs out of hot. Really comfy beds! Dawn also helped us learn about local events and attractions. Conveniently located in a beautiful neighborhood, very close to all the main attractions. Thanks so much for all, Dawn!

Property within minutes to popular hiking destination North Cheyenne Canyon and Cheyenne Zoo. Located within 5 minutes to Ft Carson along with Broadmoor World Arena. Quiet, peaceful, close to shopping/dining. Pueblo Reservoir is within 40 mins for boating. Quail lake is a popular destination for paddleboarding. Downtown within 15minutes or 6 miles. I am available upon request to help with anything if needed and I want to make sure you're happy during your stay.

Quiet, with occasional experiences of different wildlife sightings, such as deer and various kinds of birds. Property sits along a wooded ravine which gives a feeling of country with lots of trees and wildlife but yet close to town.
