Free parking is available, centrally located near popular sites. Safety and nature converge in this quiet neighborhood with nearby hiking trails. The Space:
Discover a fully furnished condo with a complete kitchen featuring a full-size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The living room boasts a queen sofa bed, though note pull-out couches are most comfortable for younger children. Enjoy entertainment on a large SmartTV with YouTubeTV and DVR movies. WiFi is included.

The Master Bedroom offers a spacious walk-in closet equipped with a Pack N Play, high chair, and toys for kids. The closet is large enough for an infant to sleep in and is attached to the master bedroom. This non-smoking property provides ample free parking, a bathroom with a full shower and bathtub, and an in-unit Washer & Dryer for private use.

The condo is exactly as pictured and the host is very helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we are next in Colorado Springs

We had the best stay in Colorado. We went for a college visit and this was the perfect location to get to everything we needed. The host was super helpful and very responsive. Everything was perfect. They had everything you could need! They thought of every detail including water bottles by the bed which was amazing. We got in later and didn't got to the grocery store before getting tot he apartment. It was great to have that little detail to get us through the night! I would stay again when we go back.

Perfect COS Weekend Stay

I stayed at this property with 2 others, and it was perfect for us to use as a landing pad for our weekend stay. We don’t need to use the fully-stocked kitchen or many of the other small touches that were available, but the owners certainly seemed to think of most contingencies that a traveler might need upon arriving. I appreciated how easy it was to locate, check in, and use as we toured the area. Very, very clean, and just as the pictures showed it. I would stay here again.

Not bad for one evening

This is a clean and comfortable little basement condo, but it does not sleep 6, the pull-out bed was very uncomfortable which made the couch extremely uncomfortable. I would say it sleeps four comfortably. The beds were very nice and the kitchen was well equipped.

Two weeks in Colorado Springs

The location is perfect. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. There were a few maintenance needs in the unit and the communication / response was very quick. I would definitely stay again!

Convenient and comfortable

Very convenient location for getting into Colorado Springs and USAFA. Kitchen was well stocked and everything we needed. Beds were a little soft for me, but that is personal preference.

"Pre-wedding gitters"

The check-in process was flawless, our unit could have been a bit cleaner (the kitchen floor could have used a good sweeping under the kitchen table). All the "notes that were left around were nice and very helpful, I wish there would have been one that said you can only use the air conditioner in one room at a time though (it took some effort to figure that one out). Overall, our stay was great. I give it a 4 out of 5 stars and would stay here again. :)

Just what we needed

We visited to visit our new grand daughter and family. We didn’t spend a lot of time IN the condo, mostly out and about. The condo had everything we needed and it was great to not worry about parking. It was clean, well stocked and communication with the owner was perfect. We had to ask to stay an additional night due to an emergency. I wasn’t able to request an additional night until late in the evening before our last night- the owners got back to me within 10 minutes and luckily, they did have an additional night! We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This property is average…I did give suggestions to the host. She acknowledged them but that was about it. Right away we had problems getting into the property, seems the push pad needs new batteries. Kudos to a VRBO caller that helped me get in. They have a rodent deterrent and it didn’t stop. Kind of annoying. As far as cleanliness, I ranked it 2 stars but few dead bugs and paint chips in my sister in law’s bedroom made me question when it was last cleaned. I would think that a cleaning company should check on the property if they are close to the property. The host could have somehow compromised on a few of the things I listed, but just thanked me for suggestions.
