Enjoy this exclusive condo with 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a furnished kitchen. Relax in the living room with a 55" Smart TV; a Pack N Play is provided for our little guests. Free parking is available, centrally located near popular sites. Safety and nature converge in this quiet neighborhood with nearby hiking trails. Enjoy amenities: in-unit washer/dryer, WiFi, Youtube TV, & dining room. Enjoy our patio with 2 BBQ's. Private access to your condo & no public hallways ensures your safety. Permit #A-STRP-25-0463

The Space:
Discover a fully furnished condo with a complete kitchen featuring a full-size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The living room boasts a queen sofa bed, though note pull-out couches are most comfortable for younger children. Enjoy entertainment on a large SmartTV with YouTubeTV and DVR movies. WiFi is included.

The Master Bedroom offers a spacious walk-in closet equipped with a Pack N Play, high chair, and toys for kids. The closet is large enough for an infant to sleep in and is attached to the master bedroom. This non-smoking property provides ample free parking, a bathroom with a full shower and bathtub, and an in-unit Washer & Dryer for private use.

Safety is paramount in the quiet neighborhood, and outdoor relaxation awaits on the shared patio with 2 BBQs. Situated in a fourplex, your unit on the upper level (11 steps) with easy access. It was a clean, cozy space in a safe, quiet neighborhood forca girls trip with my sister. It was conveniently located and had the right amount of space fir the two if us. The kitchen had all the pans and utensils we needed as well as basic condiments

It was in a good location for the areas we wanted to visit. It was a quiet neighborhood which was nice. There were a couple of things that could have been improved on. The carpet needed cleaning and more hooks in the bathroom would have been nice but overall it was a good experience.

We had a great time staying here. We came from OK for a wedding and didn’t have a hard time getting to the venue. The place was clean and it felt cozy, it felt like home. My kids loved it so much they want to move in. Thank you ! Until next time!

Great for the family!

The small apartment was perfect for our family of 4 adults and a toddler. The location made it easy to visit the Springs, USAFA and all the touristy Pikes Peak stuff. Communication was excellent!

Every detail thought of

This was one of the loveliest stays we’ve ever had. The host thought of every comfort detail, from signs that point out the variety of pillows available for comfortable sleep to a basket on the table with the fixings for a pasta dinner on the house. We also needed an emergency night added on and the host responded immediately and accommodated. The location is so convenient and safe. We would stay again and highly recommend!

Near Garden of the Gods

The property was lovely! The location was perfect for us since many of our activities were near by. We went to or at least drove through Garden of the Gods every day! The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The beds were nice and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook some breakfast every morning. Grocery store near by.

I was looking for a 2-bedroom condo with great reviews. This unit was exactly as described. Location to highway and restaurants was very convenient. The owner was extremely helpful, and prompt in returning messages. I would definitely book this condo on my next trip to Colorado Springs.
