We sincerely regret that this guest’s stay did not meet their expectations. Our goal is always to provide a clean, comfortable, and well-prepared experience for every guest, and we appreciate all feedback. For future guests reading this review, check-in begins anytime after 4:00 PM, and guests receive a detailed arrival message once the home is fully ready, including parking instructions and entry guidance. If properly communicated we also accommodate earlier check-ins when feasible. On occasion, final touches such as folding freshly dried linens may still be taking place shortly before arrival as part of ensuring the home is fully prepared. We also provide multiple extra sets of freshly cleaned linens and blankets throughout the home, including additional linens stored in the drawers beneath and around each bed for guest convenience. The only scents used in the home are standard fabric softeners during the drying process to reduce static and fragrances from Hotel Collection diffusers, inspired by scents commonly used in luxury hotels around the world. Because sensitivities vary from person to person, we kindly ask guests with fragrance or fabric softener sensitivities to notify us before arrival so diffusers can be unplugged and the home aired out ahead of check-in. We take pride in maintaining a professionally cleaned and thoughtfully designed property and will continue working hard to provide a welcoming experience for future guests.

Thanks for booking Karen! New shower head installed with 9 different sprays, massagers, etc fixed the water pressure coming out of the old shower head. Also, New Samsung Bespoke washer/dryer combo just installed for more convenience. The lock is a simple entry when reading the instructions (most ppl leave their finger on the button, when instructed not to do so). However there’s also the lockbox with set of keys. Kind Regards!
