It was huge. We could spread out. Or be close. Hot tub never got hot. Couch in upstairs living area uncomfortable. Other than that, we loved it. We liked location. Would rent again for sure.

Christmas Vacay

Houses was well suited for our large family, kids loved the pool and games. Close to branson but far enough to avoid the traffic and tourism. Kitchen was well stocked and table was big enough for our family to play games and eat together. Thank you for a great escape!

The house is exceptionally clean, great location, the setup is perfect. The house has all the amenities you would need for a large group. The pool and hot tub were fantastic for the kids.

Great time in Branson

We filled the house and everyone had room to either be together or sit in a private setting in their room. With the open upstairs kitchen and living room plus the basement “play area” with shuffleboard and ping pong and a large TV with indoor pool people stayed busy! Property was nice big big bedrooms.

Best of the best

We had a great family get away. Ben was amazing to work with. The house required some additional cleaning, specifically the kitchen. But not enough to keep us from renting it again. Beds were clean and comfortable. Games were fun, pool was not used but pretty to look at. Very nice space for a fun getaway.

Branson Home Next to Marina

The home accommodated 25 of us comfortably. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and community pool next door. The deck was awesome! Ww had a great time. It was located less than a mile from the State Park Marina which was very nice for our group. The host was easy to talk to and always tesponded quickly. He did check on us as well. Ben was superb as a host! I heartily recommend him if you see him listed on VRBO as a host. There are a few things that could be better but it wouldn't stop us from staying there again: The couches in the upstairs and downstairs were not comfortable at all. The cushions slid when anyone sat down. There are no dressers in any of the 10 bedrooms so no one could totally unpack , and the kitchen chairs were inexpensive; one was broken when we got there. There is room for a pantry but there isn't one. There is some space available in the kitchen, but not enough for 25 people to unpack all of their food. The great room next to the kitchen only seats 16 so everyone couldn't eat together. There were also a few chairs at the kitchen counter but it still didn't accommodate everyone. For a house that accommodates up to 28, a larger dining area and another large refrigerator would be helpful, even if the refrigerator was located downstairs.

Perfect vacation getaway for family

We had a wonderful time spending Thanksgiving at this huge home. All 21 of us had a great time- in the pool, hot tub, at the playground and all the nearby Branson attractions. Beautiful kitchen with a huge table and island, 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers made our meal time memorable. Everyone slept so well in their king-sized beds and enjoyed the privacy of their own bathrooms. Huge TVs made sharing football games and movies fun! Can’t say enough about this venue- it was terrific!

What I enjoy most is how easy it is for guests to enjoy both adventure and relaxation — you can be hiking in the morning and taking in a show or lakeside sunset by evening.
