House was really good. It could use more coffee mugs! We had 12 adults drinking coffee. Beds were comfy. Upstairs bedroom with deck needs curtains or blinds. All in all we enjoyed our stay. Thanks

We had our annual company retreat at this home and it was such a wonderful home! We had plenty of room for each family that attended. The home waa beautiful,had everything we needed and wanted! The view waa amazing on the decks.

The stay was good but was a few things were broken or we can’t use it due to a malfunction . The communication was fluent with the managing company . A little bit dirty . But overall the stay was great a lot to do in the area for all ages . The property is beautiful and have great amenities . I recommend this property

Family vacation

I was so impressed with the beautiful house and scenery and how smoothly everything went. There’s nothing I would’ve changed about it! It was perfect for my family of 30. I highly recommend it!!!

Beautiful house

The house was huge! Each bedroom has its own bathroom and plenty of sitting space. The beds were very comfortable, which is so important when on vacation. The indoor pool and hottub was an amazing plus!We loved the live edged tables. There was plenty of seating for our group. It was a very nice stay with comfortable mattresses and huge bedrooms. I can’t recommend it enough!

The kids loved the games, pool and entertainment area in the basement! The cleaners did overlook some items that would make the home more enjoyable. The hot tub was really dirty, floors weren’t swept very well, food from previous guest was left on floors, inside the kitchen drawers had food crumbs with the other dishes, there was a lot of spiders but it’s probably that time of the year where they want in. The home is beautiful, the communication was great with the owners. They came out and sprayed for spiders right away and addressed any issues we had immediately.

Over all the house was nice, and everyone fit well. The house could use some better quality chairs. My 60 year old dad fell due to the chair legs separating. And prior to us being there, another chair was already broken. Also alot of cobwebs out on the patio and doorways. I know its nature, but a quick brush with broom could have made it better:)

Compact family service (foster children group home)

We enjoyed our stay. Bringing groups of foster children with staff is hard to find a place to probed our needs. This place was perfect, added bonus was the amenities and beautiful location. The foster children that stayed here will never forget their first ever vacation.

Great setup

It was a great home. Great setup. Very clean. The only negative would be that the furnishings were builder grade, but it is what it is with short term rentals. Would definitely stay again.

Our bball team always likes to get a house when we come to the Tri-Lakes Shootout. This place was amazing and as advertised. We brought 30 student-athletes and this house had plenty of space for all of us. A beautiful place with a beautiful view of the lake.

Comfortable for a large group

We had a lovely time. It was a good option at this price point. There was a couple maintenance issues, but the host was very responsive and got it taken care of. We ran into couple of issues with the kitchen not having enough coffee cups or kitchen cooking/measuring utensils. There's definitely wear and tear on the common area furniture, but i imagine a place like this sees some significant large group traffic, so that's to be expected. But overall the house was clean and comfortable and the host was very responsive and helpful. We would stay again.

Wonderful Home

This home was the perfect size for our party of 19. Everyone had their own space and there was plenty of room where you never feel like you're in someone's way. The views of the lake are amazing from both decks, but probably the best feature would be MULTIPLE DISHWASHERS!!! WOW!!! The house was very well stocked and we had a wonderful time! The neighborhood was quite and felt very safe. We would definitely rent this home again!

Family get together

Everything was great. We had 32 including infants. We had plenty of room . The beds were great. The indoor pool air conditioning was repaired as soon as I reported it (the next morning). My family included 4 generations. We found it very easy to get to all the great places in Branson. We were so busy that we didn’t get to use our free tickets.

Flip Flop'in Lodge

Our stay at The Flip Flop'in Lodge was wonderful! The home was the perfect setup and fit our perfectly. The indoor pool, hot tub and games were a hit with the kids. We had plenty of room for all of us with all the amenities that we could possibly need. The location and the views of the lake were perfect. We would definitely book this again.

Beautiful location / could have been cleaner

The check in was stressful because we were told different ways to check in by several different people who reached out to me. Before we arrived. I was not given the ticket details so 13 people missed out on the tickets. Then between the dirty kitchen counters, carpets/floors and spiders we were not happy with the upkeep of the house. We did love the views and location as it was not too far to get anywhere we wanted to go.

Family vacation

House was nice no curtain on the upstairs bedroom was rough being woke up with the sunrise every morning and the lights from the other houses shinning in all night. Pool IS NOT HEATED, we looked forward to spending time at the pool tighter however is was so cold we couldn’t get in. The hot tub was not clean, the freezer door was broken. Comfortable bed and furniture and plenty of room to spread out. Probably would t have paid the premium price if we knew the pool and hot tub would be unusable.

Perfect for family reunion

We were a family of 28. We had an absolute amazing time. We had 2 boats that we rented slips at the State Park Marina which was just a couple of minutes away. The views of the lake were beautiful and such a nice way to have your coffee in the morning looking over the peaceful lake. The house was very well taken care of and very clean. The bedrooms were perfect with comfortable beds and bathrooms attached. The indoor pool was a big hit for the younger children with us. The door was securely locked and the kids could only get in if they had an adult with them. The kitchen was perfect with multiple ovens, microwaves and dishwashers. We had a couple of issues and the property management was on top of them. They continued communication from the time we arrived until after we left. I would highly recommend this home for a nice vacation!!

Family Trip

The place was very very nice. I was disappointed that I was told to go to the main Thousand hills location to check in which was not convenient and we had self check in. Other suggestions Dressers for clothes in all the bedrooms. Serving dishes like corning ware or glass bowls for hot food or to microwave. We had to serve most of our food in pans (which we had alot of). We didn't have enough trash bags. When I called the help line they told me we would have to come to the main Thousand hills office to get more. We found a cleaning vehicle and they gave us more. We had a great time and will consider coming back next year.
