Easy river access by walking or vehicle. Nicely stocked kitchen and bathroom well supplied. Accommodated our group for a laid back getaway!

What a gem!

Our stay at the Guadalupe Getaway was fabulous. The balcony on this property is GORGEOUS- what a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the river views. The area was generally very quiet, and felt very safe. Thanks for a great stay!!

Amazing rental in a great location. Beach entry is a huge plus! Will book again for sure!

We went with family for a much needed vacation river vacation. The Guadalupe is one of happy places and this property made it even more so. Everyone had a great time. The beach entry is so convenient for the little ones to have a place to play. Kevin and Frances offer amazing communication and are so friendly! The property offers everything you could possibly need for your Guadalupe River vacation. Super clean and fully stocked with bath towels , linens , cleaning supplies cooking utensils and even some spices in the cupboard! We will absolutely book again!

Location was great, communication was good, unfortunately the house/cleanliness itself suffered significantly - kitchen floor had dirt & food crumbs; bedrooms had limited/or no nightstands; refrigerator had awful ‘fishy’ smell; (even after we bleached & put boxes of baking soda in it); the upstairs balcony also had food crumbs & dirty tables outside - very disappointing, we had to clean before we could even enjoy our time there

Gail, I’m so sorry the house wasn’t to your standards. You made me aware of the fish smell and crumbs but said no big deal. I had no clue about the dirty floor. My maid would have been happy to fix any issues she’s amazing. So it seems she some how misses this. It’s a First to have a complaint like this. We strive to make our place a wonderful place to stay. As for nightstands We try to make it comfortable for all and not over clutter with too much. So again this is a first time having this issue. We try to stock our home with many things one might need and get great reviews for going above and beyond. Had I know you where this unhappy we could have offered a way to fix the issue by having our maid stop by to address your concerns. Please except our apology for the inconvenience and your unhappy experience. We strive to keep our guests happy and one of the reasons we have had the same guest coming back for years, so please accept our apology. Truly sorry.

If you need plenty of parking, a large covered area for visiting or dining, and a clean private beach, this is the place for you! This was a great location and everyone was so friendly. This location was a little more expensive than what we wanted to spend, but I am so glad we did. It was worth every penny for the outdoor space and beach!

Guadalupe Getaway is a beautiful place for a group to celebrate on the river! It’s very convenient to walk or drive down the private driveway to the river. It’s the perfect size with three bedrooms and three bathrooms in a gated community. River outfitters are next door to grab a tube and bus ride to your drop off location. We dropped off at Lazy L & L and floated right to our house. It was nice! Thank you!
