Great place in a quiet neighborhood that's out of the way. The backyard, right up on the water is the best part.

Room was clean with AC, bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. Kitchen was functional, we had everything that we needed. Host provided beach towels and regular towels to. There is an hair dryer and iron. Property is well maintained, quiet and perfect for those who prefer peace and nature. Location is away from crowd, you will need a car to get around. Perfect for couples.We met owner and she is an impressive woman. We felt safe and welcomed. House is on open ocean,be aware that there are sharks in open ocean so you can swim on own risk, make sure that you have bug spray to prevent sand bug bites. Beautiful property to enjoy with loved ones. Five stars.

Great getaway

Nice host, checked in with us multiple times during our stay. There was a great view of the ocean. The rental is a little off the beaten path, but it was a very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. Unit was as described and the pictures gave an honest impression.

Wonderful stay

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! All amenities were available, the unit was clean and check in a breeze. Any questions were quickly answered. We loved the short walk to the water and spent evenings on the recliners watching the waves. The place is small, but for two of us, it was great. It is a little bit out of town, but that's what we wanted. We felt secure, comfortable and relaxed. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Hideaway

My experience renting this property was great. The apprtment was clean and nicely appointed and the location is "far from the maddening crowd". Contact with the host was very good whether it be by email, text or phone and resolutions were quick. The location is not easiest to reach but thats the idea, I definitely will return in the future.

They have several properties around nassau, however this location is quite isolated. This location would be best for someone who wants to be in a secluded area away from the touristy things. If you do plan to stay here but would still like to go to famous public beaches, like Junankoo, or do excursions like atv or island tours, then it’s best to have your own car as many taxi drivers dont like coming to the area since its a bit far. Otherwise, the place is clean and cozy. The host responds quickly and is there to help with any concerns.
