Great Stay

Enjoyed the stay. This place is small but convenient to two stores and the bus system to get other places. You will need to get contacts of a taxi service when it’s required or if you don’t want to walk, but they provide you with taxi options so high ratings for this place.

Lovely, the beds are amazing!!!!

Carole is a wonderful caring host and person, she even provided water, tea, coffee, sugar etc. A nice neighbour very close to all amenities, restaurants and a 15-minute walk to the beach! Highly recommendable, thank you so very much Carole, I hope to stay there again in the near future.

Amazing service for affordable accommodation.

I was looking for an affordable rental while on island for a friend’s wedding. The room I booked was perfect. Comfy bed, and it had all the little items that I needed for snacks and amenities while I was running between wedding events. Perfect studio type accommodation for myself and my friend to share. The pool was a sweet spot to rest and there are nice outdoor tables under tree cover nearby. Walking distance between two grocery stores and between several public beach options. Modest/laid-back and exactly what I needed. Carole the owner, her representatives, and Nelson the on-site property manager were so unbelievably kind, helpful, and responsive. I can’t imagine finding a place with better support or more timely communication.

We booked this place for 5 nights. When we walked in we saw the water pressure was low, and the floor wasn't clean. The place is really small which is noted in the description of the property. We then tried to go to the beach which was described as a 10-minute walk by the host and we were denied access to that beach. It was impossible to find any transportation to get anywhere. We walked a total of 40 just to get to a beach and there weren't any that we were allowed to go to because they were all private. We stayed one night only and left. It was horrible. I want to also mention that we definitely did not feel like the area in general was safe.

i am so excited to write this review. Carole is an AMAZING. host. it was my first time traveling to nassau and stumbled on this wonderful studio. it was just right for me!!!! the air conditioner worked and got the room cold fast. the tv was wonderful with streaming services included. there was a full length mirror right by the door. there were cups and anything i needed. there was many towels even beach gear! which i soooo loved. my favorite thing about this host. was that i was able to contact her immediately for confirming my reservation. sent me options to get to know the area (cable beach) and if i needed anything else she reassured me to contact her no matter what. the location of the property is perfect. away from the main street but close enough to walk anywhere which was nice. i HIGHLY recommend carole’s place for anybody that is a solo traveler and doesn’t need much. This place will satisfy you and the hosts hospitality will make you feel just at home. thank you so much i can’t wait to come back!
