Great Little House!

This house was perfect for my family! It was in a great location and was a perfect home base for our vacation. It was clean, cozy, and quiet.

I stayed there several years ago and it was very nice. Host is good to work with, location is perfect for all activities in the area, parking is safe, most everything one needs for a longer stay is there. However, maintenance is needed by now. Heating was difficult to keep even, larger coffee maker has the wrong pot and can't be used. The pull out bed is not usefull - I bought a blow-up matress. The place was not as clean as it should have been.

Check in was a breeze. The host provided detailed directions to get there, and how to use everything (wifi, smart lock, etc). The house is decorated so cute cute with a lot of ving3tage

Great place for one or two!

My stay here was great. I loved having use of the large kitchen. However, the house would only sleep one person or a couple comfortably. The couch is small and would maybe work for small children. I would stay again when traveling alone or with my husband.

Great Stay Near UNM Campus

I was staying for just a few nights while speaking at a Conference at UNM. Great little property very clean, comfortable and close to everything. Easy to get to campus and back. Thanks for a great stay.

Short stay

Very enjoyable stay. Property was clean and accessable. Close to amenities and activities. We are not very tech smart and the property manager helped us with any tech issues we had. Would stay here again.

The property was extremely clean. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. Suggestions for improvement are: the sofa in the living room is extremely uncomfortable and almost impossible to comfortably sit or lay down. The entrance to the driveway in the back of the house is extremely narrow, so a big SUV may barely fit through it. The neighborhood is OK, but not safe to walk around that at night. The house was extremely clean. The bag was comfortable. The hot water in the shower was excellent. If you are planning to stay here and you are in a rental car, make sure you are in a small or compact car otherwise you may not fit through the driveway. It is extremely tight to exit or enter the rear driveway because it is very narrow. Be careful not to scrape the sides of your car.

Great place

Really loves this little place so convenient to have a washer and dryer on hand. Very well equipped kitchen nothing you need missing from this place. It’s an easy walk to the hospital or the grocery store and restaurant on Central. This was a fabulous place And an especially good value. The host was very helpful and responsive at all times

Owner responded always very promptly. However, property was old and had stale odor. Screen door was riped and both door and front area was in poor shape. Was adequate for 2 night stay.

Very cute, clean, safe & close to UNM

Stayed here while dropping my daughter off for her 1st year at UNM and it was perfect! Very clean, comfortable, spacious and close to UNM. It’s in a safe, super cute historic neighborhood with a beautiful park near by to walk in. Took my dog for multiple walks, sometimes at night, and always felt safe. I will definitely be booking again when I visit my daughter!

Location close to university

The home is not too far from the University which made it perfect for our trip. Bed is comfortable. AC works great! The sofa was not very comfortable but that is really the only negative in this nice little home.

Nice Place to Stay in Albuquerque

We enjoyed our stay here, great access to Highway 25 and 40, great base place for day trips to Santa Fe, Taos and Jemez Spring. We didn’t cook but appreciated the coffee/coffee maker, dishwasher and washer and dryer! Property was clean and owner friendly! Great little park to walk at nearby and good restaurants in nearby Nob Hill. Comfy bed, could have used more bath towels and please invest in a new sofa and barstools for kitchen. We’d definitely stay with these upgrades!

Located by Nob Hill; a quiet, friendly, peaceful, safe neighborhood with a lot of charm. One bedroom with a queen bed and a living room with a sofa that can be converted to a queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen for someone who likes to cook with every cooking utensils. Less than 5 mins from Nob Hill where all the best restaurants, breweries, and coffee roasteries. Private driveway, off-street, and garage parking. Easy access to the I 25. A short drive to Old Town, UNM, and International Balloon Fiesta. A block from the beautiful Roosevelt Park.
