Luxury MT Retreat with Amazing Views!

The Gateway Retreat is a luxurious 2 BR, 2BA guest home, with approximately 1500 sf of living area plus 600 sf of covered/open deck, a breezeway-attached 2-car garage and is situated on 23-ac in Gallatin Gateway - 20 mins from downtown Bozeman! The views, wildlife and privacy are second-to-none in the area. The home offers incredible views in every direction - the Bridger Range to the north, the Gallatin Range to the east, the Spanish Peak Range to the south and beautiful sunsets to the west!

Furnished with custom, handcrafted Western Rustic furniture throughout, including leather sofa; top-of-the line appliances and cookware; Traeger Smoker grill; Weber propane grill; rustic dining set plus matching Adirondack chairs on covered deck; DishTV in living room and both bedrooms; StarLink WIFI; computer desk; etc. Incredibly comfortable and no matter where you sit, you`re looking at some of the best mountain/range views in all of MT.

The Gateway Retreat - truly a mountain modern home at its best!

Property manager resides in separate home on the 23-acres and is available if needed; however, we respect our guests` privacy including self-check in and check out.

Property is uniquely located - i.e., 20-minutes to downtown Bozeman, 35 minutes to Big Sky, convenient to Yellowstone National Park (90 minutes to most popular West Entrance, 100 minutes to North Entrance), 50 minutes to Ennis, 5 minutes to the Gallatin River, 30 minutes to Hyalite Reservoir/Palisade Falls, etc. Plus it`s surrounded by and within minutes of multiple hiking, camping and fly fishing opportunities.

The retreat is situated on a 23-acre parcel of land with gravel driveway and ample parking. Although we do provide for snow removal as required, we strongly recommend 4-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicles.

Bring your camera, as the Gateway Retreat is truly Photographer`s Paradise!

If booking during the months of December thru March, although the streets are snow plowed, guests must have a 4WD/AWD vehicle due to frequent heavy snowfalls.

Amazing cabin, beautiful location

The cabin was clean, with all the amenities. Checkin was very easy and the surrounding terrain was breathtaking. The first morning we woke up to a herd of elk in the field in back. Beautiful views, peaceful, and very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again.
