Como nuestro condominio es uno de los pocos que se encuentran directamente en la playa, su vista del océano y las montañas están despejadas. Todos los condominios ubicados detrás de nuestra casa tienen vistas limitadas que están obstruidas o por encima de los tejados del edificio frente a la playa 4 - Edificios 1 a 4. Estamos en el edificio 2.

Las aguas cristalinas, las playas vírgenes, los arrecifes de coral y, en ocasiones, la costa rocosa inspiran una gran cantidad de experiencias deliciosas: pesca deportiva, kayak de mar, observación de ballenas, surf, remo, vela, buceo, pesca submarina, snorkeling, natación con delfines, paseos a caballo, montaña ciclismo - ¡y más!

Los muebles incluyen colchones con la mejor calidad de almohada con sábanas de algodón egipcio italiano Sferra y almohadas de plumas de ganso. 5 televisores LCD, sistema de cine en casa, HD DVR Dish receptor y reproductores de DVD, y llamadas gratuitas de larga distancia a los EE.UU. y Canadá.

Just returned from an incredible week in beautifulPunta Mita! Michael’s wonderful condo in Hacienda de Mita was perfect for our gathering and lovely Susanna was absolutely amazing - cooking the most delicious breakfasts for us every morning, keeping everything tidy and helping with laundry- what a treat!!! We enjoyed the pools, beach clubs, golf and peaceful veranda overlooking the beach. The concierge service was exemplary with Isabel and Abraham helping us before and during our stay. A truly amazing stay in paradise!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The views were incredible. Every morning we had a beautiful sunrise. Suzanna’s cooking (and Gema for one day) was better than most of the items we ordered at the restaurants. Her cheesecake is delicious! And she kept the place nice and clean. Thank goodness for the air conditioning. It worked really well and kept us cool. The pool is mostly about 4’ tall so even people who didn’t know how to swim felt comfortable going in to cool down from the hot weather. The only thing where we felt misled was that the posting said we had access to the Four Seasons and St. Regis “amenities.” Yes, it is accessible via the roads with the golf cart, but no, you CANNOT use their pools (which I consider an amenity). You can only go into the Four Seasons if you have a reservation at one of their restaurants. The concierge was very helpful. We had one snafu but they did their best to rectify the issue. Overall, a good time was had by all and a lot of it was because of the condo and Suzanna!

Found Our New “Maui”

This is a hidden gem in Punta Mita. From the beachfront access to the comforts of the apartment and the easy access into town- it was ideal. The staff (Isabella and Rosina) makes all the difference- as it was very easy to plan for the stay and Susana was amazing at making us feel welcomed as well as making amazing meals for us each day. We will be coming back once again and staying here be it with a group but most likely just my wife and I as its that peaceful.

We had the most amazing vacation! Our concierge Abraham along with Isabella made our stay seamless. We ordered groceries, scheduled a chef, etc and they made everything so easy. We got a golf cart tour on our first day to show us around. We loved our housekeeper Icstel. The condo was spotless, and she makes the most delicious breakfasts and lunches. We also really enjoyed the location of the property. We walked into town several times to eat and shop. You just have to walk through a monitored gate. We had access to several different beach clubs, but unfortunately all were closed except for one. However, we actually really enjoyed going this time of year, because we basically had the pools, beaches, restaurants, and clubs to ourselves! The kitchen has basic spices and has everything you need to make a great meal. The beach outside of the condo is very rocky, so we did not get in the water here. The rocks do not deter the surfers, so we enjoyed watching them everyday. The beds are firm if that matters to anyone. We look forward to returning!! Hopefully sooner rather than later!

The unit was immaculate and everyone was so helpful. The views were great and being on the waterfront near the gates to town was the best. This trip to PM was our second, and each time we learn more about the area. The wonderful concierge arranged in room massages as well as paddle boards at the beach club for us. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!

This property was everything we could have expected and more. Everything was in great working order and the unit is very well maintaned. Suzzana and the concierge were fantastic to deal with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definately rent again.

Amazing Vacation Spot!

The view and the property were amazing! We were spoiled by Susana with her delicious food and incredible housekeeping! We loved being near town and the fitness area! It was the perfect combination of relaxation and fun family activities!

Why HDM Manager chose Punta Mita
The Owners traveled to Punta Mita in 2003 with no intention of purchasing property. After staying in Punta Mita for 2 years they were absolutely in love with everything this place has to offer. They love the culture, shopping, and restaurants in the beachfront town outside the gates, but we love the privacy and security within the Punta Mita community. We loved being able to get anywhere we needed to be using a golf cart, and seeing newborn whales was a huge bonus!

What makes this villa unique
We looked at all the Beachfront units available in Punta Mita before deciding upon this unique property. We did not want a Penthouse, as their Grand patios are 40% smaller than our condo and your view of the pool & beach is not good. Because this condo is on the Ocean high up your views are unmatched. At first you are so mesmerized by the beautiful pool/beach view & the ocean for miles and miles with no front row condos in front of you. Because of the orientation of our unit, you can also see the entire bay which includes the beautiful Sierra Madre mountains and the lights of Puerto Vallarta at night. This unit is the most private in Hacienda de Mita because you are front row on the ocean. Almost every other unit (including every Penthouse unit, EXCEPT Beachfront units) looks into a parking garage and/or another building in front of you. We DO NOT need to keep windows closed for privacy!

Loved this trip. The beach was gorgeous and the rental was top of the line. The greatest part of the trip was the attention to detail that was provided by the staff.
