Casa Kiara en Sayulita, es una encantadora casa de playa informal completamente privada. A pasos de la arena en el tranquilo extremo norte de Sayulita, cuenta con la vida interior y exterior en su mejor momento. Las palapas y la piscina infinita, enclavadas entre el paisaje tropical, crean un pequeño oasis. Un rápido viaje en taxi, o caminar 15/20 minutos hacia la ciudad a lo largo del camino, o la playa, lo hace lo suficientemente lejos de la multitud enloquecedora.

Haga un paseo en trote o bicicleta de montaña por el camino de la jungla justo al lado, o pasee por las próximas playas completamente desiertas. Disfruta de exquisitos atardeceres y el sonido de las olas en tu puerta principal.
Cada habitacion tiene su propio baño. Lavadora, secadora y servicio de mucama incluido. Esta propiedad no es segura para niños pequeños.

Our stay in Sayulita was amazing, and Casa Kiara could not have been more perfect. The home is beautiful and we loved the “open-air” vibe. Spectacular setting with gorgeous sunsets over the beach - especially enjoyable from the pool that rests perfectly between the patio and the sand. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating or friendly. We will definitely be coming back to Casa Kiara in the near future!

Casa Kiara is amazing. The most ‘beach’ house we’ve ever stayed on. The architecture is unique, a true open concept house. (Yes, there are openings in the kitchen, so you never close house to the outside; still we never saw any critter of bugs inside the house.) Our family of four spent countless hours in the various spaces overlooking the ocean: the living room, the patio above the pool, the pool itself, or the beach chairs below the pool. The three rooms are very comfortable. During the night, we slept over the smooth sound of the crashing waves. Jewel, the house manager, was very helpful when needed (we had a rental car that one day had a dead battery, and Jewel really helped us contact the rental company). It is located at the very end of Sayulita, at the beginning at a jungle walk towards Malpaso beach, which guarantees peace and tranquility even when you are in a bustling beach town. We left today, and we hope we can return soon for another memorable week at Casa Kiara.

We had the most incredible stay at this home in Sayulita! The house itself is absolutely stunning…spacious, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, close enough to walk to town and the beach, but still peaceful and relaxing.The communication with both the owner and property manager was excellent. They were responsive, helpful, and made the whole experience seamless from start to finish. It truly felt like they went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect stay.We loved every moment here and have already decided we’ll be booking this house again on our next trip to Sayulita. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location in a great town!

Can’t believe we got to stay on the beach for this price! The property is so unique and we’ll cherish the memories forever.We were a little surprised by how easily outside critters could access the property - they were in each night going through garbage, hot water and shower products were also on the light side for the price point, but otherwise great!

Beautiful place!

Such a great location! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and didn’t want to leave when it was time to move to our next location. You cannot beat the location of this place-beach front and a private pool!

Relaxing quiet spot right on the beach.

Property was exactly as described - fun open air location. It's right on the beach and has everything you'd need for vacation. Property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Amazing week

We loved our stay! The owners were so nice, and Jewel the property manager was wonderful and so quick to respond if we needed help. The house, pool, and property were wonderful! Highly recommend spending a vacation here! Also using the suburbans and golf cart were key!!

Well appointed yet charming villa in secluded part of sayulita

Great communication from host; proper amenities; charming design. Spend your days bouncing between infinity pool with baja ledge, to the North Sayulita beach which feels private. Recommend getting a golf cart for an easy ride to town for the best al pastor of your life.

Wonderful, relaxed stay!

We were in Sayulita for a wedding and couldn't have picked a better casa and location. The house had everything we could possibly need to make our stay comfortable. Just steps from the beach and a beautiful infinity pool. The staff were all very pleasant and so willing to make sure our stay was a great one! I would definitely recommend Casa Kiara to friends and family.

Sayulita beach front

Casa kiara was amazing. The view of the beach from everywhere in the house, steps to the warm ocean with great sand. The infinity pool was great and the outside space was really nice. The rooms had AC and fans too. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I will be coming again.

Incredible Beach House

Wonderful, unique home in a peaceful location. The house is absolutely gorgeous with many seating areas both inside and outside to enjoy the oceanfront views. The pool is a nice size and the elevated beach pad out front is the perfect place to watch the waves and catch sunsets. The kitchen is well-equipped and the lovely staff and management ensure that your stay is carefree. Rent a golf cart for easy access central Sayulita. Highly recommend this home!

Family Xmas in Sayulita

Family of 6 stayed at Casa Kiara for xmas 2021 and had a blast! The house was perfect for our size group, outdoor area is amazing, and the sunsets can't be beat! Our kids enjoyed boogie boarding, whale watching right from our chairs in front of the pool, and walks into town (so close) for tacos! This was our second time staying at Casa Kiara and would definitely stay again. Owners and manager are great to work with. Sarah

Beautiful property

This is a beautiful home in a great location. We enjoyed our stay. We appreciated Jewel, the property manager, the gardener, pool cleaner and the housekeeper who all took great care of us. The driveway is very very steep. We had a few people try to come tot he home - chef, transportation, etc and they couldn’t access the home because of the driveway. Just a heads up!

We loved Casa Kiara. This special home has everything to make a stay in Sayulita peaceful and relaxing. We have rented many places in Sayulita and Casa Kiara is at the top of the list. The house is stocked with everything you need, the pool is so great and the ocean out the wide open doors is amazing. Very unique house

Very unique house ,pool and beach front. Staying in this house that is located in this small Mexican village is a real treat. There are many find restaurants within walking distance. At night it seems like the ocean is right in your living room, this is a plus not a minus. The house is located at the end of the beach so it seems like the beach is your very own.

Perfect getaway in Sayulita

Casa Kiara was perfect. The property manager Jewel was always attentive and answered my many questions right away and so did the owner Sue-Ann prior to the stay. Perfect for 3 couples with a king in each room. Recommend hiring Gladys to make breakfast in the mornings. Loved Sayulita, great town with kind people. No one is in a hurry and so many places to explore. House is in nice area, quick walk beachside to town or rent a golf cart which was also part of the adventure. Looking forward to going back

Our family currently resides in North Vancouver, Canada. We purchased Casa Kiara to escape Vancouver's sometimes rainy greys! We love the flavour of Mexico, with its vibrant culture and beautiful people.

We fell in love with Sayulita the minute we arrived there. We purchased Casa Kiara after the first time we stayed in Sayulita. It was a perfect fit for our dream of living on the beach in retirement one day. It is unpretentiously adorable, like Sayulita itself, and fits our casual and easy-going way of life. I am from South Africa originally and the tropical birds, palm trees, wildlife and landscaping reminds me a lot of my childhood. The town of Sayulita is safe, friendly, bustling with just the right amount of shops, restaurants, vendors and helpful people.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The thatched roofs, infinity pool steps from the sand, casual out door living, and the fact that it is far enough from the maddening crowd, yet still very much part of a community, made us fall in love with our adorable little home away from home.
