THE UNIT Located in the heart of Brickell, this beautiful apartment is perfect for families, couples, and business travelers alike. With dedicated internet and generous space, it’s also ideal for remote work. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, cutlery, paper towels, dishwasher soap, and more. You’ll also find convenient appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.
ID VERIFICATION Building management requires all adult guests to be registered at check-in. Please be prepared to present a valid ID to the check-in staff upon arrival.
ESSENTIALS PROVIDED Our unit comes with all basic essentials as listed on the platform. In addition, we provide enhanced starter supplies such as toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, a limited number of laundry and dishwasher pods, and dedicated internet service. Please note that these supplies are one-time complimentary items. For additional needs, convenience stores are located within walking distance.

CHECK-IN: 3 PM – 12 AM (Midnight)
• The check-in window officially closes at midnight. Arrivals after 12 AM must return the next day starting at 10 AM to complete check-in.
• Third-party check-in agents may assist after midnight, based on their availability and with their own service fees. If you’re not comfortable paying a late fee due to circumstances beyond your control, you must wait until 10 AM the next day to check in.
CHECK-OUT: Before 10 AM • A $100 late check-out fee applies for departures after 10 AM, as we need time to prepare for the next guest.
FOBS: The unit includes 2 sets of fobs. Lost fobs will be charged at $120 each to your deposit or card on file.
CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS: The booking holder must be present at check-in. If not, please notify us in advance. Another verified guest (ID submitted through this platform) must be present. All guests must be listed on the reservation. Minimum check-in age is 18. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
AMENITY ACCESS: After registering with the front desk, guests can head to the pool area between 9:30 AM and 5 PM to receive their amenity access QR codes. Guests must show ID and provide their phone to receive the code. This unit is allowed up to 2 QR codes. QR codes expire at 11 AM on check-out day. If you arrive outside these hours, you will need to wait until the next day to get access.
PARKING: Valet parking is available at $50 per day with no in/out privileges. Charges increase with usage: • 0–1 hr: $13 • 1–4 hrs: $24 • 4–10 hrs: $30 • 10–24 hrs: $50
Frequent in-and-outs may result in $70–$80 per day in charges.
A third-party company also offers a private garage parking option a few blocks away, with a daily rate and unlimited in/out privileges.
BATHROOM POLICY: The building has sensitive plumbing. Do not flush wipes (even flushable ones), paper towels, hygiene products, or trash. Guests are responsible for any plumbing costs due to misuse.

Very nice condo located in the same building as the W Hotel. Amazing pool and view. Only complaint is that the Freezer was broken (so no ice) in the unit we rented.
Host was great, communicated well, and provided a clean space for us. The building is dated and going through lots of renovations including the elevators which was unexpected but we managed. The pool area was great but sadly only open for weekends. (Host thankfully let us know that this would be the case) Overall I would definitely book with this Host again, thank you for a great stay. Only thing I would say was a bummer was the late check out fee which is only 1.5 after original check out, if it was perhaps a bit longer or at leave a noon check out we would have been way more inclined to pay the late check out fee.
Almost perfect, did not fancy the pillows or the bed sheets. Could invest a bit in the kitchen (very poor condition of pans and knives and utensils) but the rest was great. Great internet connection. Clean, spacious, well located. Iwould recommend
Lula was a great host! The place was clean and fully furnished. Amazing view. Fantastic amenities. Close enough to walk to great night life but also close enough to bike across the bridge to the beach. Would 100% recommend!

Wrong sized bed
When I booked it, the property listed King in picture, only queen bed. The toilet made an awful noise when you flushed it which it not pleasant in the middle of the night. Owner communicated with me the first night and then didn’t follow up at all. I left early because I am 6’6” and a queen bed is uncomfortable for me to sleep in with a partner.

Brickell getaway
We arrived to a unit that had broken shades, (the unit faces west, so it gets very hot and bright) a broken freezer, (which they brought in a deep freeze and put it in our living room) a bathroom with a towel bar off the wall, a fleece blanket for the queen bed, and a very dirty apartment in need of painting and cleaning. While we were at the VRBO for 18 days, the air conditioning broke and we were told we were prob to blame for opening the patio doors with the air on??? The apt is on Brickell ave which is very loud with racing cars, and the Baccaret residences are being built across the street.
Our escort was very nice and tried to help us get comfortable, but the property manager continued with the response, “this is not a hotel but someone’s home and it is what it is.” We contacted VRBO and their response was to contact the property manager and try to assist us, but all they could enforce was the air conditioning.
