The property was excellent! Great location, plenty roomy for 3 adults. The Murphy bed was at least as clean as the one in the bedroom!! The pool area is charming, and the bar downstairs was hopping… but the condo is a peaceful space above the Miami streets. Across the street from the Metromover, which gives you excellent access to public transportation around the city and across SEFL.

We arrived early and the lobby was able to hold our luggage for a small fee. Check in was easy and the electronic key system was easy to use. We had an issue with my husband being able to use the electronic key app on his phone but Justin responded quickly and it was fixed shortly after! The room was perfect for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable and the nighttime view was beautiful! Thank you Justin for hosting us, we would definitely stay again!

This apartment was beautifully clean and comfortable. The view from the 30 floor large window gave us an idea of the hustle and bustle of this vibrant city. As travelers 65, we were a bit challenged by the total app key; your phone is the only way to enter the facility, operate the elevator, or enter your room. Once we mastered the app, we had no problem (but it took some effort). I would definitely stay here again!

Hello! The unit was great, everything expected and clean. The app worked well, when it worked. Location was great! Walking distance or short uber to all kinds of fun stuff. 2 major issues:1) The key system they use is has to say the least, issues. It's through the app and no one but the host can access it if something goes wrong. My key failed to work at 10pm at night and the front desk could not help. The host responded but said nothing could be done until morning. Not idea to get locked out.2) The pool area seemed more geared towards an adult vibe and not family friendly. Both days we had issues with adults vaping and smoking pot at/in the pool. At one point my 8 year old had a vape in his hand that someone had left on the edge of the hot tub. Security was contacted and handle the issues both days which was a plus.Recommend for adults for sure, families may want to look at other options.
